Stayed Oct 10, 2021The property is located above the water,with a lift for your boat. The property is amazing and well equipped for inside or outside cooking. Would love to have stayed longer.

Stayed Dec 6, 2024Quiet and peaceful, clean. Just relaxed. Only thing the unit was cold and it was not easy figuring out how to change thermostat. Suggest instructions for thermostat and tv written down. Highly recommended

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We were very pleased with the location and the ability to relax in the mornings with a long music day. I would stay again, however, for improvements the owners need to make the technology a bit simpler. Never was able to just get local tv downstairs and the iPad to work the AC was not able to open. Rentals need instructions and if your management company says they are available 24/7 then someone needs to pick up the phone. We waited the 24 hours to get answers and never got a fix.

Stayed Sep 27, 2023We really loved our stay here - the home had everything we needed and was so nice to be on the water to watch the boats go by. We were also about 20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Really nice stay!

Stayed Aug 8, 2023We planned a family vacation by the lake w/ hopes to relax, unplug & enjoy some time on the water. The PROs - Family area, kitchen, bathrooms & bdrms were clean, spacious & well-appointed with nice furniture & up-to-date amenities. The indoor/outdoor living spaces were lovely. We were steps from the water/deck/boat dock. The management company was readily accessible thru the app. Overall, this was a lovely home with all we needed with a few exceptions. The GLITCHES: At this time, it was extremely hot outside (multiple days with 100+ temperatures). 1) The A/C Condensor units failed on the 1st night. We contacted the management company in the am & they sent a maintenance person to install 2 portable window A/C units that afternoon. He did a nice, clean job but the materials failed & the cardboard/duct tape pulled out of the window around 2 am the next night. Another HOT night. The next day, the management company sent out a professional a/c repair technician who said major work needed to be done to the units BUT the work had to be authorized & could NOT be done any time soon. Meanwhile, we had to check the portable units throughout the day & night to ensure the seals not pull away again. The home never truly cooled down. 2. A boat is pictured (& a review stated it was nice to use), but neither boat nor the boat lift was available. 3. Ants in bathroom (looking for water?) 4. Multiple random packages were delivered to home. We pulled them in & placed them in hallway.

Stayed Apr 15, 2023The property was very nice with beautiful view of the lake. Pellet Grill and Gas Grill worked well. The trees need to be trimmed walking across the skywalk to the boat house / deck. Screen on sliding glass door is broken. Not a problem though. Needs a cork screw for opening wine.
