Minutes to DC! Stylish Home with King Bed, Secure Parking & Fire pit!

Property was great. Cute house with a wonderful back yard fire pit. The location was convenient to DC attractions and nearby grocery shopping. Host was accessible and attentive.

Excellent property

Perfect location for doing all the touristy DC things! The house was clean and large enough for the 5 of us. Only thing missing was washcloths - plenty of bath towels and hand towels but no washcloths. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the DC area.

The home was warm and inviting. It was our home away from home. Very comfortable, our two Golden’s loved the park nearby. Just perfect in every way. Would highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for a quick DC getaway. The house was spacious, in a great location, and super cozy. I will definitely be staying back here if I come up with a group again!

Great place to stay. The family enjoyed Xmas here, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. The location is great, and the private parking is a great benefit. Place is well stocked. And the host (Maggie) is incredibly helpful and communicative.

Very pleasant stay; all comfortable and in good order

The host provided clear directions and instructions and was quick to response to questions. The amenities provided were plentiful, especially toiletry items like body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It was great not having to pack those things!

Do not stay here. Bathrooms are dirty and have mold. Host is not responsive. I smelled a gas leak during my stay with my family. I contacted the host and she called me about 2 hours later. She told me that she needed to call and send the gas company over; she did not ask if I wanted to leave and expected me to meet with the gas inspector in the middle of the night. The gas company came past midnight and I was up walking around with the inspector and then airing out the house once the gas was turned off. I barely slept that night and had a lot of anxiety about the whole situation. I contacted the host twice asking for a refund and she ghosted me. She did not apologize for the inconvenience or thank me for taking care of her home. I expect a VRBO host to have more compassion and integrity. 0 stars.

We did a family vacation to DC. The house was very convenient to the get back and forth into DC. Maggie checked on us multiple times making sure we had everything we needed. Very charming house. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our brief stay. The place is clean and comfortable, and close to the bus stops that take you to metro stations if you want to go to DC.The neighborhood is very quiet, so the house is very relaxing when you want to shut the outside noises out.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood and the amenities are terrific. The kitchen is fully stocked equipped with a standard coffee maker, Kurig and toaster. We highly recommend this property!

Family gathering

Check in was very simple. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and clean- many families and women out walking day and evening. The house had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts, pack lunches and make dinners. Plus, the appliances were straightforward- easy to operate. The house was clean, smells nice, is in good shape, the AC was on and kept the home comfortable for our return from sight seeing. The backyard was lovely! We grilled and ate out on the patio one night, had a fire and smores another night.There is a large, clean, safe grocery store less than 1/2 mile away. We were able to buy SmarTrip cards there to use the bus and subway. The bus stop was less than a 5 minute walk away. It was easy to navigate the transportation system. If we ever came back to this area again, I'd book this place again!

Our host was amazing. She was quick to respond to my questions and the house and location was perfect for my family. I would definitely reserve this home again!

Stayed for girls night out in Arlington. Accommodated 4 of us comfortably and was so comfortable, cozy, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Communication with host was fast and helpful. One of the best parts was enjoying morning coffee in the picturesque garden/ back patio. A wonderful quiet respite of a stay amongst the fun hustle and bustle of Arlington/DC. Perfect! Will stay again!

Close enough to the “good stuff” in DC but far enough away that you are in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Very close access to highway to get into DC.

We traveled from New England for a family trip over April vacation and all of us were thrilled with our Vrbo. The location was so convenient to hop on the Pentagon City Metro stop and then have a quiet, private home to come back to at the end of long days. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. All of the appliances in the kitchen were top-notch. The serenity of the backyard was lovely. The beds and pillows were all extremely comfortable. The decor was simple, elegant, and hip. The heating/cooling and ceiling fans kept everyone perfectly comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was also helpful for a week-long trip. Maggie was a great host and communication leading up to and during our stay was perfect. Check-in and check-out were easy. Overall, a 5 Star Vrbo! Thank you for sharing your home!
