Minutes to Colonial Williamsburg, William & Mary, Busch Gardens, Pet Friendly!

Everything was wonderful. The house was clean and you could smell it when you first walked in. It was exactly as pictured on the listing too...The kitchen was stocked well with all the little things you may have forgotten to pack, olive oil, syrup, condiments and spices etc. We had one minor incident where the electronic keypad battery died so we were locked out but our host was quick to respond and very well prepared so we were back in in no time!!Our kids and the dogs felt right at home here. We had a great stay!!

Great location. We were within walking distance (1/3 mile or so) of Barnes & Noble, the movies, restaurants and even Planet Fitness. We were a 3-mile walk (or drive) from the colonial village, grocery stores, and outlet shopping. The house is a well equipped refuge with a well outfitted kitchen and dining room. We loved the morning sun in the front living room and the fireplace on cool nights in the second (larger) living room. Bedrooms (all upstairs) are good sized and comfortable. Master bedroom has its own bathroom, there are additional shared bathrooms upstairs and down. It was too cold for us to use the back yard but it is fenced and there is patio furniture plus a play area for kids. Jill was great with communication! Don’t hesitate on this one.

Spacious and lots of amenities. Christmas decorations to the max which were much appreciated.

The absolute perfect spot for a family looking to see the Historic towns and Busch Gardens! The backyard is awesome for the furry family members! We will definitely be back!

I gave this a 5 star rating but it should be a 36 star rating. All 6 of us loved it. The house was comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. We are planning to come back the weekend of October 22-25 next year and would very much like to stay here again. It is a perfect place for the six friends who are in our later years.

This was a siblings birthday trip for my 40th birthday and it was a great find with 4 bedrooms and full kitchen. Check in was easy and convenient. The only slight issues were cleanliness and the upstairs tub needs some drain cleaner. Great stay!

This Williamsburg home is in a fantastic location, minutes from all that Williamsburg has to offer. The home is also very well stocked with bedding, towels, shampoo, kitchen items, etc. We have never stayed in a better stocked vacation rental. The host is very kind and helpful. Definitely book a stay here!

Very nice home. All amenities provided. Kitchen was large and convenient, with modern appliances. Bedrooms were large and convenient (it should be noted that all bedrooms are on the second floor). Overall, a great stay in a great, convenient location in Williamsburg.

We really enjoyed our time at Jill‘s house. The space was great, and worked perfectly for our group. Jill was especially accommodating with some last-minute changes to the size of our group. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Williamsburg!

The check in and check out was easy and smooth. The place was clean and didn't smell (I have asthma and different environmental smells can trigger it). There were some minor issues with house but nothing crazy. The ceiling did start leaking and I told the host and they were quick to respond. Overall we had a great week there and hopefully to rent from them again.

Lovely well laid out home that worked well for my family. Our 2 teens had their own space with 2 living rooms. The dining room was very welcoming and seated 8. The close location to colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown made it perfect for our family get together.

The house was perfect for our extended family vacation! We were close to all the attractions we wanted to visit and the yard was perfect for our dogs!

Everything was good. Communication was good as well. The back yard area is basically sandy soil with weedy grass so it really is not someplace to sit out in (it was also July and the temps were 90 and above). The icemaker stopped working which wasn't a major deal. The house is nice and located by attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

This home was the most excellent home we have rented thus far. Everything was provided- from linens to pantry items, we were comfortable. Also, the floor plan for this home is beautiful; online pictures don't show how lovely and well decorated. The hostess was very gracious and answered all questions quickly and with kindness. We had a great time and recommend this rental highly!

The house was very clean. The house was centrally located to attractions. The house was well equipped for overnight stays. Jill was very prompt with communication.

The house was perfect. Fit 8 adults no problem. Everything was clean and cozy. Great location. Host was great with communication. More than accommodating for the entire family, to include the dogs.

Sadly the back yard looked pitiful. The garage door opener did not work.But overall very satisfied with the house itself

My senior parents joined me and my teen children to visit the sights in Williamsburg, Norfolk, and Richmond. We opted to stay a week and commute to everything and this worked out great. The house was very clean, spacious with two living rooms, and a convenient location to shopping and activities. The neighbor is a deputy sheriff so we didn’t worry as much being in a new neighborhood. The owner Jill was amazing and responded quickly to any questions. The beds were comfortable and the kids enjoyed the very large tv’s. My parents loved the reclining sofa and said their back and feet felt better after a long day of walking. We saved a lot of money by cooking our meals each day. The fenced back yard worked great for our dog and there is a lovely walking path down the road where we parked at the recreation center. I definitely recommend this rental for families with pets.

Perfect home for our last minute Busch gardens family trip. Soooooo clean, I want to hire their cleaner. Perfect location. Great fenced in yard for our dogs. Our girls loved the game choices. I loved not having to pack linens, toiletries, etc. thanks so much !

Had a fantastic stay over William & Mary graduation weekend. From the outside, the house doesn’t particularly stand out, but the interior is nicely decorated, comfortable, plenty of space, and suited our needs perfectly. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay and the fenced backyard was terrific for our pets. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Williamsburg that allows dogs, I would highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 4 on our annual golf trip. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room, well stocked, clean and located near a variety of courses and restaurants. The owner was excellent, seamless check in and responded very quickly. We arrived earlier than expected and the owner allowed us to check in which was much appreciated after a long drive. Hope to stay again next year

This was the cleanest house we have ever stayed in and was so well stocked with everything! Perfect location to visit Colonial Williamsburg and many wonderful restaurants! It rained one day we were there and we visited the Williamsburg Antique Mall and had a great time! Jill was wonderful to deal with and we enjoyed our stay!

This is a great place to stay. It is located close to many of the area attractions. The house is spacious and very clean. Most necessities were supplied by the home owner which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The home has been redone inside and is a delight. The owners take good care of it, are responsive to questions/comments, and provide what one needs.The neighborhood is not the cleanest but the location is so convenient. I highly recommend this location for anyone touring Williamsburg, looking to enjoy Old Town, the amusement parks, or just leisurely enjoy the area.

Comfortable, spotless, convenient, and well-managed house. Equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a 4-day family Thanksgiving reunion at Colonial Williamsburg. Fenced yard for family dog was a plus. Even decorated for the holidays! Highly recommend.

We loved this rental. It’s close to everything, has four very nice bedrooms and plenty of room downstairs for socializing and eating together. The fenced in back yard was a real plus for the family dog.

Jill was a fantastic host and the house is centrally located, convenient to all of the most popular Williamsburg area activities. The house was clean, spacious and well supplied. The wifi worked just fine. A bit of street noise was the only minor issue, but we had a great time regardless.

This was a nice property, clean and spacious. Comfortable sofa for hanging out and watching tv and a fenced in backyard for the dogs which is always nice. Just a 10min drive to Colonial Williamsburg and close to stores and shopping. My only negative would be with VRBO. This property was advertised to us for $350 a night, but after all the fees, etc... it was almost $600 a night. To me this is a ridiculous difference and therefore I don't think I will be using VRBO again because of this.

Our stay in Williamsburg was fun for the whole family . We enjoyed Colonial Williamsburg and a special dinner at The Kings Arms and a Ghost Walk which our tween granddaughters loved. We rode the Rollercoasters at Busch Gardens and went to the water park which we would skip next time. Each night we returned to the comfort of our home for the week which felt like home with everything we could possibly need. We didn't need to contact Jill, the owner, but she contacted us because my husband forgot his sunglasses which she offered to return . Very kind !

Great location to everything you could possibly need! Only 15 minutes to both parks and only 10 Ms to colonial downtown. I would stay here everytime, the property owners were wonderful In their communication from the beginning of booking my trip to the very end! Their house is full of charm and from simple things like coffee and creamers to light snacks that greeted your arrival. I highly Pleasure recommend this home for your next family stay.

In previous visits to BG and WC amusement parks we rented a local hotel. Over the years the family has gotten larger and we also travel with a blind dog we've learned not to trust with boarders. A property like this makes the entire vacation experience better, simply put. We had an unexpected issue due to strong rains, and the property owner not only replied congenially at 1 AM but had someone out the next day to help assuage the issue which allowed us to remain comfortably until departure. I would consider staying here again.

One of the better stocked homes we have stayed in. We usually do some cooking and we found most everything we needed. Toiletries if needed and ample paper products were available. Jill was responsive when contacted. The home is conveniently located to area attractions. Overall we would stay again if we returned to Williamsburg.

This house was in a good location for all that we planned to do. We had kids and dogs and great for both, multiple TV's and 2 separate living rooms gave everyone space. The fenced yard was great for having dogs. The owner communicated quickly with us. Great experience and place!
