Minutes from airport and downtown PS !

House was perfect for our family of 4. Clean, had everything we needed and the pool was my kids favorite amenity.

This place is an absolute gem! We spent a week here and ended up extending our stay through the next weekend. We cannot recommend it enough.The Host: Al is super! Communication with him before, during, and after our stay was flawless.The Property: Spectacular views, very quiet neighborhood, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and then some).The Amenities: The private pool and spa are amazing, and the house has every amenity to make your stay comfortable.The Location: It is close to everything, yet incredibly peaceful.We would stay here again—in fact, we already did! Don't miss out on this rare find. The views are stunning!

We had a mixed experience with this property. Leading up to our stay, the owner was very responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions about the grill and early check-in, which set a positive expectation.Unfortunately, communication fell apart at check-in. We never received check-in instructions and had to reach out the day of arrival. When we arrived, the home had not been cleaned, and the cleaner was just arriving and unaware of our booking. She initially did not let us inside, and both the property manager and cleaner indicated they didn’t know the home was occupied that weekend, which was very confusing given we had booked five months in advance and had recently been in contact with the owner.After several calls and messages, we were eventually able to get inside to drop our bags, but the situation was stressful and poorly coordinated—especially since we were on a tight timeline to attend a music festival. We also never heard back from the owner with any explanation or apology, which was disappointing.To the cleaner’s credit, she did a great job turning the home over quickly, but we were left with limited supplies (we ran out of toilet paper) and backup bedding. There were also no checkout instructions provided, leaving us unsure how to properly leave the home.It’s clear this property has been a great stay for others based on past reviews, but our experience with communication and management was frustrating and fell short of expectations.

My husband and I were at this residence for 2 weeks. It was a very clean and nice home. The view of the mountains out by the pool was gorgeous! We didn’t have the pool heated, so it was perfect and refreshing during the day with temps in the 80’s. We would definitely come back.

Was everything as advertised!

We enjoyed our stay here for the boys’ spring break. House was conveniently located near downtown, great food and the air museum. We spent our afternoons in the pool to relax after our adventures around town. House was exactly as described.

Al was a wonderful host with prompt communication! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the well stocked kitchen. Location was perfect to services, downtown and the airport. Cute place!

The house was very comfortable and clean. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had basic cooking supplies, and we loved the location. The pool and hot tub were most enjoyable. We would go back.

Great location barely 5 min from the airport in a quiet neighborhood. Pool and hot tub were lovely w a great view of the mountains. Well appointed house w well stocked kitchen and ever CLEAN! Al was friendly and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay again!!

The house is clean, comfortable & convenient to the historic downtown (where the night market is), Indian Trails and the airport. It was cooler than normal when we were there but we appreciated the hot tub to relax in at end of day. We didn’t need the pool (weather too cool), but if you want it, it’s 75/day more. I think that info is in the listing.

Our week staying here was very enjoyable. Inside the house was even better than the pictures. The beds and couches were very comfortable. The house was clean and everything worked without issues. We enjoyed the pool every day, including the beautiful mountain view. Great location, close to airport, downtown, shopping and parks. Despite being so close to the airport, no airplane noise, not in flight paths. We felt safe and at home here and are planning to return.

It was an incredible experience. The attention to detail was really nice. The location was perfect and the host. Al could not have been more accommodating.

The photos of this property really didn’t do it justice. it was big, beautiful and perfectly appointed. The neighborhood was residential and quiet. Al was a dream to work with. It was the perfect long weekend! Thank you!

The house was well maintained. The pool was exceptionally clean. The mountain view was great. It was conveniently close to restaurants and shopping centers. Al made the check-in process extremely easy.

We has a fantastic stay in this house. The pool was perfect in the hot afternoons, and the interior was as cozy as can be.

Great location

Everything about this house was just fine, except that we could not get enough water out of the showers to clean off. And there was no handheld shower head to help rinse off the nether regions, which is especially important if the water pressure is negligible. Water conservation is important in Palm springs so a visitor should not expect a deluge. But one does need more than a dribble. And easy fix, maybe the owner can make that change. Otherwise, bring your own shower head ;-)

The house was great. Backyard pictures in the listing do not do the views justice! We spent most of our time relaxing and just enjoying the views. The rooms were updated, clean and spacious! Kitchen had all we needed to make a few home cooked meals during our stay.

Only negative is that heating the spa or pool is way too complicated for a renter. The written instructions are fairly clear but I wonder if that process could be simplified?

Nice property. Master shower head trickles and needs a decal treatment or replacement. Yappy dogs in neighboring yard. Loved being able to use the garage. Super quiet location. Would stay here again.

Clean, well-equipped house; good location in very quiet neighborhood but still close to downtown and other activities. Pool and hot tub were great, both during hot (100) days and cool desert nights. Manager was very responsive, not that we had any issues: easy check-in/out, lots of local information and amenities provided. We really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable house with added bonus of excellent outdoor space providing privacy and mountain view’s from pool/spa area. Easy enough access to business district snd hiking as well. Al was very supportive when a question arose.
