Stayed Dec 24, 2025The layout worked well for our group, but we experienced several issues during our stay. Many dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and the dishwasher filter was very dirty, preventing proper cleaning. The Keurig did not work, and the backup machine was extremely dirty. The owner was responsive and had someone come fix the Keurig.Only four bath towels were provided for six guests, requiring us to request more. There were no extra garbage bags, and the outdoor trash bin was full and contained large maggots.Additionally, the surrounding neighborhood felt sketchy, with nearby homes partying and strong marijuana smoke throughout the night.Overall, communication was responsive, but cleanliness, supplies, and the surrounding environment need improvement.

Stayed Mar 20, 2025The property is very clean and furnishings are new. Location is easy to find and close to downtown and the beach. Could use a few additions, blinds or darkening curtains. The sheers didn't provide privacy.
