Stayed Feb 6, 2026Absolutely amazing stay. This home was the perfect, private setting for a girls’ weekend in the Northwoods. We spent our days cross-country skiing and walking in nature, then cozied up by the fireplace with movies after a classic supper club dinner. One full day was happily spent cooking, laughing, and catching up by the fire — exactly what we needed.Waking up to deer around the house was such a treat, and we loved watching ice fishing and snowmobiling on the lake. The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable — cozy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and inviting furniture made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was wonderful — responsive, available, and made everything seamless. We loved every minute and are already planning a return trip in the summer to enjoy all that Minocqua has to offer!

Stayed Jan 6, 2026This was the perfect home-away-from-home get away! The host was very communicative and the house itself was wonderful. I specifically enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Minocqua (great restaurants and shopping) and the view of Lake Minocqua was gorgeous. The open layout allows for connectivity between the entire living space on the first floor and the lower level was a bonus with an additional family room, pool table and bathroom. I will definitely be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 2025This is truly a fabulous lake house and it couldn’t have been more perfect for our family.The home was spacious yet cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. It truly felt like a home away from home in every way. There were so many wonderful personal touches throughout the home. The lakefront setting was beautiful and the close proximity to town was the cherry on top!The host’s communication was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful before and during our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend this property.
