Mini getaway near the beach

I love how clean it was inside the house, and also Mr Shawn dad was really nice to us always willing to solve our necessities, due to the weather we had couple of night very cold but they provide us a small heater which was very helpful especially for our toddlers and puppies

We were very disappointed with this property as it did not match the description in the listing.Several advertised amenities were either missing or not functioning. The second bedroom did not have any comforters, and there were none available in the home. We had to purchase one ourselves at Walmart in order to use the bed. The space heater in that room was also not working, making the room very cold at night.The master bathroom floor had visible stains that appeared to be vomit, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness.The driveway is extremely narrow and difficult to navigate, something that should be disclosed in the listing. The surrounding area also felt uncomfortable due to a large number of homeless individuals nearby, which made our family feel uneasy.Because we were unable to get a refund and could not afford to find other accommodations last minute, we only used the property to sleep and spent as little time there as possible.Future guests should be aware that the property did not meet expectations based on how it was advertised.

The room were hot so we had to ask for air conditioning and there were air beds and hotel aren’t supposed to have air beds just beds the couch were dirty and the chair that go to the bar were dirty too there were no toilet paper so we had to ask for more also we told him we were leaving early for an emergency but we didn’t tell him what time and when he saw us leaving he thought we left when we came he had all the stuff gone and cleaned also the page said that it had 3 bedroom two restroom but it had 2 bedrooms and 1and a half restrooms overall bad service.

We thought we were renting a single family home but found out property owner lived in the front. They did construction for the first 5 weeks we were there. So many problems it would take a long time to explain

My vacation time was wonderful,I felt like home and the location is perfect close to the mall and beach,and the price really good I'm really recommend.

While the house was not in the best location for a vacation, it was clean and workable for the month we stayed here. It was close to beaches and great restaurants. The property owner was very nice and helpful and took care of our needs quickly. He sent many suggestions of activities, restaurants and places to visit. If you stay here be sure to checkout Anitas Mexican grill which has awesome, authentic tacos and other fare at a very reasonable price. Also Hook fish and chicken offers great food at great prices. Nice beaches, Upscale restaurants and activities are just a short ride away.

The property served its purpose as we had a nice place to stay with plenty of space and close to everything we wanted to do via car. Plenty of sleeping options and functional kitchen. Everything the owner recommended in the area that we did was fantastic! Loved the local food close to the house as well as the beach options.
