Stayed Nov 21, 2023Steps are a great workout . My 5 year old granddaughter counted them all 94 for them . Great location for downtown fun! Great view of the city !

Stayed Nov 17, 2023It was absolutely perfect from the size of the place to the cleanliness of EVERYTHING , this place is amazing..... The only issue was that we really wanted this location for the Jacuzzi tub, but sadly was not working and we were asked not to use it while we stayed.Which from reading the guest book on site,has been an issue for others. If not for this it would have been a true five star stay!

Stayed Aug 9, 2023Communication was always good, the location is great, the host is excellent, but definitely the best is the loft even taking in consideration that it is needed to use stairs once you reach the loft it worth it.

Stayed Jul 27, 2023Exactly as advertised except for not knowing that there is no elevator to the loft. Still one of the best and most accurate listings I have experienced with VRBO. Paul is an excellent host. Well worth the money.

Stayed Jul 9, 2023My sisters and our young adult kids (and one grandbaby) enjoyed meeting up at Paul’s million dollar loft to explore the Toledo area. It was a great space to gather and we had fun playing ping pong, foosball and board games. Paul was very easy to work with and the loft was extremely clean. We had a fun time at the Toledo Zoo, walked to the Maumee Bay Brewery (great wood fired pizzas), walked the paths and had lunch at Glass City Metropark, and swam at Maumee Bay State Park. We were glad we learned about the 5 flights of stairs ahead of time from the reviews and packed lighter (and in backpacks). It definitely helped work off the pizza! Overall, it was a fun and unique place to stay and we would definitely stay there again!
