Million dollar views, Dock, Pool & Gulf Access - Villa White Paradise - Roelens Vacations

The house needs maintenance. The swimming pool was not clean enough. Even after complaining about it, no action was taken. The house is great, but really needs some maintenance!

Beautiful home but definitely could use some TLC.

I cancelled our booking after we had an issue with the property. Pool was in bad shape, front door did not lock, overhead lines in the driveway making it impossible to park our vehicles, and the owner of the property letting himself in to use the WiFi because his was down at his house. They did a good job of refunding my money upon request but did not enjoy our experience. Received 10-15 emails immediately after booking requiring so much additional information outside what was requested in the booking. They did not give me access to the house until I upoloaded my drivers license, and listed all parties that were staying. Mind you they had already taken all of my money through Vrbo. I booked this on short notice and was charged full price based off of the listing showing the home in immaculate condition. The home had damage due to the hurricane and was still listed at full price and did not give any indication that there was damage to the property prior to showing up. We stayed one night and left the following morning after the owner of the property was extremely rude to me when he shouldn’t have been there in the first place. I’m only writing this review because I was reviewed by the company and it won’t let me see what they said until I write my review.

We loved and enjoyed everything to offer. It was all super fantastic and highly recommended. Only complaints to making it perfect perfect, was the master bedroom TV/Remote was not working with the Roku and the only other thing is the dock was taped off for no use. Other than those 2 things, everything was perfect for us. Family of 4 with 2 of them teenagers ?

I will start with the good things this property has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pool area was amazing. The layout of the home is great. Loved the master shower!! Checking in and out was a breeze. My cons... I was expecting the house to be cleaner. The master bedroom blinds are fabric. They had nasty red and black stains on them, large stains. Those need to be cleaned ASAP! The Decorative PILLOWS in EVERY room were disgusting. They need to be burned. Stains all over them. Upon arrival, I spent the first couple of hours removing all those nasty pillows from all 3 beds (along with the comforters. Into the closet they went) and washing all the sheets and pillow cases. No way was I or anyone with me, laying on anything those pillows touched. Cleaning, not how I wanted to start my vacay. The pillows on the sofa, stained and nasty had to remove those too. The room my daughter was sleeping in has blindsSSS missing. I had to put a sheet over the window because you could see straight through to the neighbors house so I'm sure they could see us too. The appliances need to be updated (broken and cracked control panels) Yes, they work however, when I'm paying a couple grand for a week vacay, I expect the appliances to be in excellent condition. The blinder yuk! Dirty, dried up food stuck all over it. One of the bathrooms has a large rust ring around the drain. The dock was broken couldn't access it. The house needs to be cleaned from top to bottom and repaired. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. Air vent over the fridge, full of dust. Wait... almost forgot.. ants! The Terro ant pods they put all around the house.. not working. I could go on but I'll just leave it at, would I stay here again? No! Would I recommend this home to anyone? No. VRBO should consider allowing photos with the reviews. The photos of this house is not updated with its current condition. They have a WHOLE sofa missing from the house.

No communication whatsoever from property managers after we arrived even after leaving a voice-mail on day 2 requesting assistance with TV setups in all rooms and few other items...dock was also taped off with caution tape so my son could not fish off it as advertised.

Property was easy enough to find and was as advertised. Everything was clean and in order. Not a new property, could use a little updating here and there, but we were very pleased. Nice quite neighborhood. Decent selection of kitchen goods (utensils, plates etc), nice assortment of items in the garage to use (beach chairs, pool floats, cooler). We definitely enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

I stayed at this beautiful home for a week with two of my sisters. We all loved the house and property. Everything was nice and clean and the beds were so comfortable. The pool was gorgeous and warm. We used it every day. The neighborhood was quiet and we got to meet some of the neighbors. The location is great. It was close to the beach, grocery stores and golfing. We would definitely stay here again.
