Welcome to this beautiful beachfront house, where stunning sea views and easy access to a popular swimming beach at your front door await you! To find us, simply turn onto Rosetta Avenue from the Port Elliot Road; you’ll find the property situated on the road bend.

This spacious, classic family holiday house comfortably accommodates up to nine guests across two levels.

It provides four inviting bedrooms: one queen, one double, a triple single bed room and a room with twinsingle beds (there are no bunks!). Ideal for families or groups of friends, this layout ensures everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a day of fun.

Upstairs, you'll discover a large, open-plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a balcony above the stunning ocean with views to Granite Island and The Bluff, and overlooking a beachfront walking path, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening sunsets. Keep an eye out for the dolphins, and even passing whales in the winter months.

The kitchen features a microwave and dishwasher, making meal preparation simple. The lounge area comes with a television and wi fi for your entertainment, while electric heating and ducted air conditioning keep the space comfortable year-round.

The spacious main family bathroom services the two rooms of single beds upstairs, and includes a shower, toilet and bath, offering a relaxing retreat after a long day. The ensuite upstairs and the downstairs bathroom servicing the double bed room contain showers. To keep your vacation wardrobe fresh, the laundry includes a washing machine and ironing facilities, with an outdoor clothesline. A high chair is provided.

Step outside to the paved rear courtyard, where you can unwind under the all weather pergola at the outdoor dining setting, or lounge in the sun on the grassed area, and enjoy a meal cooked on the gas barbecue. It’s an ideal spot for gatherings or evening barbecues under the stars.

For added convenience, the property includes a double garage to accommodate your vehicles.

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge until 60 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 60-30 days of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will not be refunded.
A booking fee may be charged to you at the owner's discretion.
Cancellations or refund requests by guests on arrival or during occupancy as a result of circumstances beyond the control of Escape Holiday Rentals will not be refunded. RLA298101.

Please note that the Owner has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Owner, and the Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Owner may Retain ANY Deposit Paid, and re-let the property.     We enjoyed our stay at this location. The scenery was spectacular and the space was large. Many of the kitchen utensils didn't work or were blunt to use. The washing machine was outdated and unclean. As we had to provide linen, the dirtiness around the bed was evident when making the bed. Not nice to sleep around. The bin also needed some cleaning from residual grime and liquid spills. The stereo did not work - the property manager provided an alternate item. The property also lacked some basic cleaning - microwave was dirty, scissors had butter/grease on them, dirty sponges were left. Hopefully the owner can spend some money to update this property at this lovely location.

    Needed a clothes dryer, dishwasher not emptied, couldn't use the barbeque due to rat poo, kitchen needs more lighting, some kitchenware not washed prior to our arrival. Despite all this it was a lovely place

    We loved the location and most facilities in the house. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Showers and bathrooms were good. A couple of things to note which might help the next visitor. We were late checking in which was disappointing. The email which came said here is your key to the house but there were no instructions. I had stayed in a Stayz rental before and was sent a key code that day. I kept checking for an email and nothing had come. We eventually went to the house and sent an email to nana asking what to do and some instructions came to collect keys. We had to turn around and go back into Victor. It would be good if the email had mentioned this. There were a lot of spider webs around and we had to wash the main glass doors and windows to see out of them. We didn’t have toilet paper in each toilet on the first afternoon and there was no dish washing liquid. Is this normal? Thank you

    We all had a great time, fantastic location and nice and clean, there was no DVD player that was advertised but other than that no complaints at all. We would go back!!
