Miles of Beautiful Ocean Views in Nelscott! Dog Friendly!

This home was perfect for our family and friends getaway. The bedrooms are nicely spread out allowing for some nice space for everyone to spread out. The view was spectacular! We appreciated the binoculars that were provided! We were able to see whales! The stairs to the beach provided instant access to a beautiful quiet spot on the beach. The stairs are long and at the bottom is a missing stair. You have to navigate over some rocks to finally get to the beach. So for those that have limited mobility this would be a challenge. The only reason for that 4 is due to the limitations of the kitchen. We were a group of 9 and it was a challenge to cook with only small pans and the large burner on the stove did not work. It would be helpful to bring your own large pan or electric griddle for breakfast meals. We made it work!

If you are wanting a view this is the house for you. Im not one to complain or yuck someones yum but the price we paid for this house I would have expected more from it. Everything (I mean everything) is outdated. The toilet paper holders are missing covers, the house was not cleaned properly (we left it much cleaner than we got), the garbage can was half full and they don't tell you before check in that the driveway only fits 3 cars. We had 2 trucks and a small car and we had to move the vehicles around everyday just to use them. The stairs in the description were just fine to climb up and down until you got to the missing step on the last sections and the bottom step is about ready to fall off as well, very dangerous as it is fairly steep. There is also a whole section of the deck they boarded off. Rather than repairing the handrail they just block it off. Just another example of not taking the time to repair things. The house next to this rental appears abandoned but obviously is lived in. The deck overlooks that property and there is garbage and broken glass all over the deck. It is just an eye sore and a bit uncomfortable not knowing what the house may be used for. We found old mouse droppings downstairs that had been there for awhile. There is paint over the wallpaper in the bathroom, the finish on light fixtures were cracking and flaking from age, the floors are sloped/unlevel. It is obvious this house is only used as a rental and NEVER has patch work done on it.

There are quite a few areas with mildew/mold issues that some have been previously covered. It is a little run down with wear and tear. The stove top burners are not even and make cooking on them a pain. (We went out and got a griddle) because their griddle didn’t have the cord. A lot of games, kitchen appliances and other things in the house either don’t work or they are something

Very comfortable and clean, would be nice to have tv working with cable in the upstairs room, also the dryer was not working that was a bummer.all abd all the stay was great.

Beautiful house and deck could use some better pots and pans but it was a great place to stay

My Father’s Day present. House has a great view and was clean and working perfectly.

The house was definitely big enough. Two teen boys took the basement, two teen girls took upstairs. Room to cook and eat. Pans and tins should be upgraded. Some real rough ones, especially the griddle. It is so warped it doesn’t sit on the burners and has pancake burn spots forever embedded in the surface. The area is close to plenty of things to explore and visit. The neighborhood is somewhat rough with a teardown next door and one across the street. I was hoping to sit out, no furniture as pictured. The light fixtures were somewhat sparse as were the light bulbs for playing games in the evenings, but we managed. The kids helped me tell blue from green playing UNO. It was good vacation for all.

Great location for this house. Centrally located in Lincoln City. Great view of the beach and very quiet neighborhood.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Quiet neighborhood and great views of the beach. The bonus room bed is a hard futon though so I don’t recommend counting on it as an additional bedroom. Queen bed downstairs dipped in the middle and the furniture was older and not as comfortable. We had a nice stay.

Some maintenance on the property could be better, but for the price it was a nice, clean place to stay in Lincoln City. Stunning views of the ocean.

This place has views to die for. We loved watching the whales from the windows and deck. The neighboring properties are a bit… interesting. The house is dated and we had some things broken when we checked in, but the communication was excellent.

The accommodations were just perfect for everyone that came. We each had our own little section. The kiddos loved the house; great home to play hide-n-seek! The dogs loved the fireplace, after playing at the beach, they came back and snoozed the day away.We only had big serving spoons and we had some pretty small mouths; small spoons would be great. You need new cookie sheets, light bulbs, we had one burn out in the kitchen, and we could not find any replacements in the house, so it was a bit dark when we were cooking. The toaster needs to be thrown away. It almost caught on fire. The metal things inside came out when the toast came out.

We were looking a quite getaway to bring the family and this hit the spot. 3 story home so everyone had their own space when needed, especially the teenagers :) The house was well apportioned and had everything we needed. Of course the main point of going to the beach is for the views and having private access to the beach was awesome.

Our trip to the coast was great and the house was wonderful! The photos online are a tad dated but we had a great visit. The property has beautiful views and plenty of amenities to enjoy! Overall, a fun experience!

The view is absolutely amazing. I loved that they had statues to get down to the beach from the house.
