Consisting of a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom main house, and a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom private studio, guests can retreat in private spaces while enjoying the unfiltered serenity of canyon views. A short walk away lies the mesmerizing Pacific Ocean and the Pacific Coast Highway 101 bringing you to all the best of Oceanside.

Stepping through the entrance, you`ll soon be captivated by the layered outdoor areas overlooking the picturesque canyon backdrop. The ground floor, serving as the central gathering hub, boasts seating for 8, carefully curated for joyful meals prepared in the well-equipped modern kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Charlie the Pelican is a familiar face at the Oceanside Pier, just moments away from your doorstep. Make sure to grab a selfie with Goldy the Gorilla!

Multiple office spaces allow you to conveniently manage any business affairs without interruption. Descend the stairs to the lower floor, where a cozy movie lounge area awaits, offering perfect relaxation after a day at the beach. The adjacent kids` room under the stairs is filled with toys and games, with additional games upstairs in the pantry designed to entertain all age groups.

The separate studio, accessible around the private backyard, is fitted with an additional queen bed, a fold-out couch, a workspace, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom. This space is perfect for extra guests or a small family. The primary and secondary bedrooms are adjacent to the studio on the bottom floor of the main house.

This property also includes amenities like a relaxing outdoor hot tub, arcade, pool table, multi-level decks, BBQ, a fenced backyard, upgraded double-pane windows, ceiling fans in all sleeping areas, and a children’s play area, all designed for your optimal comfort. Private parking for 2 cars is available on the driveway, with 1 space available in the garage (a second may be made available on request).

Situated on a tranquil street in downtown Oceanside, you are within walking distance from the heart of the town, celebrating a fusion of historical landmarks, street art, and world-class culinary talent, beautifully mirroring O`side’s philosophy – The O’riginal SoCal Beach Town. Less than a mile from transport connections (nearest Breeze bus stop is even closer!), guests can easily access all of Southern California`s top attractions. From here you can take the Sprinter east to Pala Casino or the Coaster south to San Diego, or the Amtrak north to Canada!

Please be aware of the Good Neighbor Policy implemented by the Oceanside City to maintain the tranquility of our neighborhoods. This policy regulates parking, noise levels, occupancy, and daytime guest allowances.

City of Oceanside Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy:

STR Guest Responsibilities:

1. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties.

2. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children).

3. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm.

4. Noise. Any disturbing, excessive, or offensive noises as defined in Section 38.17 of the Oceanside City Code shall be prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 10am.

We love hosting Oceanside visitors and are happy to provide assistance when needed. We also deeply respect your privacy, and therefore, will only engage if you reach out. Enjoy your stay!

To ensure your stay is enjoyable, we request guests provide a $500 deposit and complete a renter agreement form after booking confirmation. Your deposit will be refunded within 7 days post-stay subject to no breaches.

Lastly, as bugs and roaches are a common sight in Southern California`s coastal region, we employ regular pest control measures. For any pest issues during your stay, we are just a call away to assist at all times.

Rule #1 - Be respectful of the neighbors. No party policy per AirBnB and violators will be kicked out immediately if reported by neighbors.

Quiet hours 10pm-7am.

Do not tamper with smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm or security cameras.

Do not flush anything that has not passed through you first down the toilet.

Do not send mail to the house without obtaining written permission first.

No smoking in the house - You are welcome to smoke outside but please be mindful of open doors and wind (420 friendly).

Contact me immediately if you have any issues with the house and do not try to resolve them yourself.

Guests are subject to a $250 charge if rules are not followed.

    I booked this property hoping to enjoy time near the beach with my family, especially utilizing the 3-level decks and outdoor areas. While the amenities listed were all present, the condition of the outdoor furniture was disappointing. I understand that keeping outdoor items pristine can be challenging, but the furniture was in poor enough condition that it impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the space—particularly for my parents.There was also a noticeable smell in the small third bedroom, which added to our discomfort.Ultimately, we decided to leave within two hours of checking in. The host was responsive and friendly throughout and issued a refund for the night we didn't stay, which we appreciated.From the guest logs, it’s clear many others have had a great experience here. I think I might have stayed under different circumstances. But for this trip, the property unfortunately didn’t align with what I envisioned or needed for my family.

    We enjoyed the house for a long weekend vacation with our family of adult children, spouses, 3 yr old grand daughter and one son’s dog. We took advantage of the BBQ, hot tub, baking and cooking in the kitchen, golf cart, pool table, patio, walks in the neighborhood and the wagon and sand toys in the garage that we grabbed for one late afternoon 8 minute drive to the beach. 15 minute walk to nearby coffee houses. Super clean when we arrived Loved the welcome basket upon arrival and appreciated the high communication throughout the reservation process, before check in and during our stay with Paul. We had a great time

    We got there Friday night and left Sunday morning. Went to Oceanside for a soccer tournament and didn’t really spend much time at the property. House was very spacious and everything seemed to be in working order. Paul was very accommodating and responded quickly. I would recommend and would definitely book house again.

    We were a family of 6 with plenty of room. We had lots of fun playing pool and hanging outside on the decks. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Short walk to the beach. Definitely going to check this place out again when we come back!
