Property was as described and even exceeded expectation—like staying at an art gallery with plenty of enjoyable outdoor space. Try ALL the porches and swings! Decor and lighting were high-class and the kitchen was fully stocked. Spacious closets and cloud-like bedding. Shops and dining (and a zillion azaleas) were highly accessible via the golf cart! Property manager just a text away.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful mid-century modern home in Fairhope. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of four, and the beds were especially cozy. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked rentals we’ve stayed in, with everything needed to cook meals plus extras like spices, cooking oil, condiments, coffee, K-cups, and paper goods.The outdoor space was lovely, with multiple seating areas, games like cornhole and horseshoes, and a nice hot tub. We especially enjoyed using the provided golf cart to explore downtown and ride to the pier since everything was less than a mile away. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.The only real downside was the ongoing hospital construction directly across the street. While we understand this is outside the host’s control, we do feel it should be disclosed in the listing so guests can set expectations accordingly. Construction noise started early each day and continued through Saturday, which kept us from fully enjoying the beautiful patio and outdoor areas in the mornings. The mosquitoes were also pretty intense around the lush landscaping, so bring bug spray. Lastly, the master shower may be a bit short for taller guests — my 6’2” husband found it cramped.Overall, a lovely home, great location, and attentive host.

We loved the house. The property was clean and they had all the amenities a guest could ask for. We would stay again if we vacation in Fairhope in the future.

This amazing house was just as advertised. From the moment we walked through the swinging blue door, we were treated to an incredible outdoor living area, and a beautiful and very comfortable home. There were amenities not found in other homes, and it was fun to take he golf cart to nearby shops. If the opportunity arises again, we'll be back.

Great house. Well stocked kitchen, beds were so comfortable, and the location was close to downtown Fairhope. The courtyard was beautiful and a nice place to gather in the evenings. Todd was very helpful. Superb furnishings.

This house is perfectly located to enjoy downtown Fairhope. Being less than a mile away, some in our group chose to walk while others used the golf cart provided with the home. The house itself is beautiful inside and out. The large backyard is great for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning which you can make at the coffee bar inside or playing cornhole, bocce ball and other outdoor games. We will definitely be back!!!!

Great place to stay!

The property was great overall. Super unique and the golf cart was a really nice feature. There was a slight pet odor which I would have reported during the stay; however, my text about early check in, to the number provided was not responded to, so I did not bother. These two things kept it from being a solid 5 star. We would consider staying again.

Nice place to stay as we came to town for a wedding

Beautiful home, stunning property, great location, comfy beds. Host was very helpful and answered any questions or concerns quickly. The departure check list to do was fast and easy as well. It was my first experience with renting a home for vacation, and it was a relief that it was all so easy.

This was a beautiful property with tons to do without even having to leave, but we definitely enjoy driving the golf cart all around Fairhope.

The outdoor living space is AMAZING! It's a great place to have your morning coffee. The game area entertained us for an entire day!! It was a lot of fun. The house is beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were FANTASTIC!! I think we'll find a reason to stay here once a year for a quick getaway.

Excellent location! Golf cart was great! Light switches are easily labeled. Great cleaning supplies for laundry and dishwasher! Will look forward to a return trip!

We enjoyed how this property was close to downtown and then also close to the grocery and other necessity places and restaurants.

We loved the property, but the property was not cleaned prior to our arrival, otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars across the board. The cleaner arrived just as we pulled in and said that she was not notified in advance which seemed stange to me, as I had already received the check in information. I contacted the host (Great Communication by the way). Todd apologized for the miss communication and offered copensation whic we declined. The cleaner cleaned the best she could in the time that she had and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Even though it was an inconvenience for us to have the cleaner there while we wete trying to get ready for our Grandaughter's High School Graduation, it all worked out and we will be back ...

Myself and a few girls stayed at this property, we all had our own rooms and felt comfortable and safe. The house itself was clean and check-in check out was very easy. We were close to downtown, our friend's Wedding venue and everything else we wanted to explore in Fairhope - Would definitely stay here again!

Arrived early and Todd graciously accommodated us. Space is just as pics show. Super comfortable and plenty of space for a family. Outdoor living areas are terrific. Great location and golf cart makes it a breeze to zip into downtown just 5 min away. No concern over water pressure. Was a bit low in shower while toilet refilled after a flush. Otherwise not an issue at all. Todd’s place is comfortable, clean and convenient and has everything you need. Hope to return to Fairhope and stay there again.

This stay was all that we hoped for and more! The space was perfect for our entire family and better than advertised. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces for relaxation and games. The inside space was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise and the golf cart allowed us to enjoy the golf-cart culture of Fairhope as we explored and viewed nightly sunsets from the east bay parks and beaches. It was like having our own convertible to enjoy the incredible weather on our frequent trips downtown. Close to everything with beautiful homes and mature trees all around, we tried many of the local restaurants and especially the coffee shops. It was also an easy drive to the beaches of Gulf Shores from our basecamp in Fairhope. Thank you for everything and we would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

This home is decorated so nicely inside and out! The amenities outdoors are awesome! It was a very comfortable stay! Close to downtown and restaurants. The owner promptly responded to my questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was so much fun. So much to do and it has everything you need. The golf cart was our favorite. Fairhope is such a fun town, lots of wonderful restaurants, and it is just a short drive to the beach.

Over all a lovely stay at a Beautiful property.Even with some issues (nothing worth mentioning)we’d still book again.Todd was helpful and quick to respond.

We enjoyed our stay and the art and MCM vibe and the architecture and the welcome we received. We would love to return if the plumbing in the bathrooms needs attending to. Very low water pressure and they are both in need of heaters..The chilly weather made for chilly bathing. The gas heating system in the home is efficient for the house, but not while bathing. We had a lovely time and enjoyed everything else. Thanks so much. Happy New Year..

I can't say enough great things about our stay at this rental. The perfect place for our entire family to gather, where adults could watch football and chat in the living room, and the kids could run around the backyard for an epic game of hide and seek. There was plenty of space and it was well stocked with everything we needed (and more!) We probably discovered a new fun detail every day of our stay, from the art to the lighting. 10/10 would definitely rent again. In fact, we’re already planning our return because this place just gets us.If this house were a person, it would be the fun uncle who shows up to Christmas dressed as Santa, hands out toys that keep the kids entertained for hours, and brings the adults a pitcher of spiked punch.

This is an eccentric house located about a mile from downtown Fairhope with so much to do you never have to leave the house! There is a great outdoor game area, outdoor kitchen, swings, hot tub and one of the most beautiful trees in the backyard. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time, our kids especially loved the outdoor games and riding the golf cart downtown.

The master bath pictures online did not indicate there was a wadding pool you had to step into to take a shower. Owner should consider updates & also not everyone that rents is less than 60…….the property did not consider senior citizens.

We were in town for a wedding and had the best time! The house was perfect for our group...three families and a toddler. Lots of room to spread out and enjoy the space. The location couldn't be better either. The outside courtyard is amazing. Just wish we'd had more time to hang out. We took the golf cart downtown a couple of times and loved the convenience of that. The property manager was so kind and responsive. The only negative to this house is the showers don't drain super well, but not sure that's a problem that can be fixed in an older home. Not a deal breaker!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 friends visiting Fairhope for the first time. We especially enjoyed the outdoor living spaces, grand live oak in the back yard, inflatable hot tub, and refreshing dip tank. The house is beautifully decorated and the king beds are very comfortable. There is an inflatable twin in the office that is adequate. The golf cart made it easy and fun to get around town. Gulf Shores is only 50 minutes away for a day trip to the beach. Tarrel was there to greet us on arrival and was an attentive host. His great sense of humor was a bonus! We would highly recommend staying here when you visit Fairhope.

This property was great ~ beautifully decorated, everything we needed to cook, a super fun back yard, close enough to walk to town but still had a golf cart, so we could go to the grocery store as well. And Tarrel was a fantastic host!! Perfect place to stay!
