Midtown Mansion - Close to Blackstone, Midtown, Old Market, CHI, Zoo and more!

Highly recommended!Six old college friends (men in our 50ʼs) stayed here the first weekend of the College World Series. The house has the great features of an older house (wooden floors, etc) but is nicely updated (modern bathrooms, kitchen, etc). The house was very clean and welcoming. It is spacious (six bedrooms, seven beds) and has a nice and comfortable living area, dining area, and sitting areas/sunrooms. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood (one block away is what was probably ʼmillionaireʼs rowʼ a hundred years ago.... and, well, now too). It is a 5-10 minute drive from everything youʼll want to see.Stacey was a communicative and accommodating hostess. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. The property has parking for 2-3 cars, plus additional street parking.Our stay was great, and if Iʼm in Omaha with my buddies again, weʼd absolutely stay here again!

Five teachers from Minnesota stayed here for a fun weekend in April. We loved the character of this house. It has plenty of room for a larger group and we each had our own bedroom with room to spare. Communication was immediate and helpful. Love this part of town. Less than a 10 minute drive to the Old Market and a short walk down to the Blackstone District restaurants. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful home. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! 5 out of 5 stars.

This is a great spot! Located near a lot of places to visit and hangout. It was clean and spacious. We were able to host a small get together with room for everyone. Stacey was prompt about responding to messages and very easy to talk to! She went above and beyond!

This was a terrific experience for our family. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to work with. We appreciated the highchair and portacrib on site. There were plenty of bedrooms for all of us. The location is in a great part of Omaha.

The Midtown Mansion was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering. The property is well maintained and very clean. Two large tables made for perfect family game spots as well as dining. There was snow the night before we left. The host delivered ice melt and a shovel to the porch to assure our safety in the morning. The ten of us, young and old, were very pleased with our stay. I highly recommend this Omaha property.

We had a lovely stay, and enjoyed staying at this'midtown mansion'. The only odd thing was there were hardly any washclothes,if any,so that was kinda unusal.

A group of colleague-friends working a conference in downtown Omaha at CHI, rented the space so we didn’t have to drive back-and-forth to Seward. It was fabulous! Lots of room for conversation spaces, as well as roomy bedrooms, each with some individual air control, which was great for summer, especially.The location was perfect for getting downtown, and we had plenty of parking for five vehicles, which was also very helpful.Stacey is a great host, with great communication. Highly recommend this for anyone traveling with a group of six or more!

We rented this house as a central location for all our family to stay during our son's graduation. It was perfect for our large group. The host was responsive immediately to questions (like where's a highchair). The house was spacious and beautiful. We loved having multiple gathering places.
