Midtown Gem with Oversized Fenced Yard – Minutes from U of A !

This is by far the best short term home rental I've ever experienced. We were sad to leave and my child asked of we could buy the house and live there. It was clean and did not have any overly perfumed smells which is important to me because I have chemical sensitivities. I was mildly allergic to the laundry detergent scent and had to rewash the bedding with my own soap but that is usually the case anywhere I go. The host was so responsive! I broke a glass and he did not charge me and also brought a broom over in the middle of the night to help with clean up only a few minutes after I texted him. The next morning he brought a blender and coffee grinder. The beds and bedding were very nice. I did notice a little bit of musty odor in the washing machine maybe from the door being left closed but after running it a few times it improved. My kid enjoyed the big tv and we had plenty of room to cook and even grill outside. The dining table was set for four but had room for 6 easily. I really appreciated that there was not a locked closet with cleaning products inside of it as there is in many rental homes because that often can trigger my asthma. The house is well insulated and the ac worked well even in Tucson heat. The yard is massive and has multiple seating areas. The internet works well also. We wanted to stay longer but sadly the hosts had guests scheduled after us. 5 stars!

The property was perfect for our stay. We were in for family weekend so used Lyft to get downtown and back.

We are disabled seniors with two Service Dogs. This was our first experience with this type of lodging. It was much better than hotel with the dogs while my husband was having surgery. There needs to be extra blankets, as I was cold at night Also, my husband could not get up out of the couch. The home was clean and fully furnished. Hosts were kind, which we appreciated. My husband has to sleep in a chair because he cannot lie flat. There was no chair or recliner for him to sleep in so he slept in our vehicle on the street. We would rent this place again and it was much better with our dogs then a hotel. We left everything clean and washed. Thank you.

We've stayed in a few of Taylor's properties in the Peter Howell neighborhood. Taylor's homes have been very clean & have such character. We'll be back to check out another home soon!

there were some things at the start of the stay regarding the cleanliness, but it was very very quickly remedied by the host!

Hair in shower and dishes left in dishwasher.

Cute little house right off of Speedway… So the location was great. The kitchen was well stocked as was the bathroom. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. Check-in was also very easy. The beds are super firm and the bed I slept in squeaked quite a bit. Anytime we moved it squeaked. Also, this is an older home so whenever you flush the toilet, the pipes are super loud. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem.My daughter also had an allergic reaction… there were sofa covers, so maybe dogs are permitted in the home (which is great for people who need that). She woke up with hives and said that it was better when she switched pillows. So we’re not exactly sure what triggered the reaction. This isn’t a negative comment for the owners… Just to let anyone know that if you do have a hyper sensitive, kiddo, this might be an issue.Overall, it was a great stay!

Unprofessional I will never book with them again and I will tell everyone to never book with them . The host called me 2 hours before check in saying they were thinking about canceling and then the host tells me if he was to get booked after I cancel I would get a refund I spoke with someone in customer care their are no same day bookings so the host lied about that . The host also did not want to cancel because they knew I would get a full refund and they would have to pay a fee for it . The communication was horrible they replied hours later . Accused me of wanting to have a party . I’ve done research on vrbo and what host can and can not due and this was illegal and unprofessional I have spoken to my lawyer and bank about this.

Property was excellent! The property was better than the photos showed. Large house and private back yard.

This is our 2nd stay & coming out for a 3rd time soon! Beautiful, quite, relaxing & would not want to stay anywhere else. We're 30-40mins in any direction to visit our family! Also, would recommend burritos at Barista Del Barrio!

The house was very cute. It was nice and clean and in a convenient location to everything. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! We would stay again if we are ever in the Tucson area.

Beds were comfortable (very important since I have a bad back). House was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Furnished very nicely and updated. We had a great 2 weeks and would recommend!

Taylor was great to work with, the house was comfortable and clean, an excellent home base for our weekend activities in Tucson. The backyard seating area was a particular highlight. The kitchen is well laid out with beautiful features. Highly recommended.

It was a cute little house with everything provided. I enjoyed my stay and felt comfortable there. The yard had some debries and a previous tennant never cleaned up their dog poop. But other than a quick clean up upon arriving the place was perfect. The hosts communication with me was outstanding. I was impressed with the quick responses to my many questions. I would stay at this home again. All in all i had a great time there.

We only stayed for a couple of nights. The place had everything we needed, beds were comfortable and a nice backyard to relax in the evening and early morning. I’d recommend this place and would stay here again!
