Midtown Casita W/ Walking Distance To Downtown!

This property was absolutely perfect me and my wife come out yearly for the tattoo convention (work) and we have stayed in a few different places but this has by far surpassed anywhere else we have stayed. Will definitely be booking again next year, the host was very communicative and the house was spotless. We travel with our kids and this felt very safe as well as being located in an area close to lots of stuff to do.

We really enjoyed everything about this property. Everything was clean and well kept. They provided everything needed and checked on us during our stay. I will definitely look at this place again if I go back to Idaho!

We loved our stay at the Midtown Casita! The host was responsive to our requests. The Casita was comfortable - home away from home! The amenities were perfect; towels etc high quality. The home was comfortable for the two of us, but could easily accommodate 2 couples. The location was convenient.

This house was PERFECT for our busy wedding week and offered a time of respite in between all the activities.Clean, cozy, quiet neighborhood, and close to everything. We will be back!!

Nicely appointed house. Updated and upgraded. Pretty good location, though a little far from the water.... We had an issue with pillows and the sheets smelling like sweat in one bedroom but the management team addressed it on the first day. The TV was also all-internet, and we don't like to log in to other people's smart TV's with our personal Netflix (etc.) account, so we did not watch TV. I would rather have been able to access live cable TV. Seemed like they were trying to cut corners there. The table in the kitchen nook is a tight fit for larger people.

The house was as advertised. It was great that each bedroom had a bathroom. Kitchen had everything you need for vacation cooking. Best news was the AC was working!

The communication with the host was fantastic. He was very punctual with his responses and made sure that if anything was needed he was there to provide. The house was warm, welcoming, and nicely kept. It worked fantastically while I was having surgery. It was nicely located offering access to a slew of the amenities. We will stay again when our travels take us back up that way. We highly recommend this place for anyone who wants a clean rental with a fantastic host.

This was my second stay at this house. The locations works well for me when I visit my friend in CDA. House is very clean and cozy!

This place was wonderful! Very clean, quiet and smelled great! Loved the floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a washer and dryer. It was located on a corner lot in a very quiet neighborhood with ease to get to in an unfamiliar area. Comfortable beds and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely stay again when back in Coeur, D’alene area.🩵

I stayed a week, visiting an old friend, who was able to stay a few days with me. We did a lot of catching up, and the house worked perfectly for us. It was very clean, and comfortable for our visit. Will be going back again in February!

Midtown Casita was so cute and quaint. It had everything we could ask for it was in a quiet area peaceful not far from downtown. If we ever get back to Coeur d’Alene we will look for Midtown Casita to stay in again.

This small bungalow was perfect for our anniversary trip and in walking distance to the waterfront at Lake Coeur D’Alene. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities needed for an enjoyable stay.
