Mid-town Oasis (heated pool mid-April thru mid-October)

Breanne and Mike were great hosts and communication was so easy. We loved the hot tub and the restaurant recommendation they gave.

Enjoyed the pool in the afternoon and the hot tub at night, wonderful to have both. Amazing to be so centrally located

We did not take advantage of the hot tub but the grandkids loved the pool.

We were easily moving between locations in Rogers and Bentonville and the location was very convenient. Clean house. Well-appointed kitchen. Great pool!

We were in town to visit family and this house was perfect for our stay! Our girls (10 and 7) loved the pool as did the adults. The inside was clean and pretty, perfect for relaxing in-between other things!

House was centrally located. Air conditioning worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked to add your own ingredients to cook meals. Ice maker and filtered water were awesome. The pool was clean and provided a fun outdoor space for kids and adults. I would for sure stay again!

In town for some MTB. Great location just down the street from the RailYard. Pool in the June heat and the AC on the inside are a must! Thanks!

Great house with fantastic private pool and hot tub. Convenient location to many restaurants, antique shops, and Bentonville. Hosts were very responsive to our texts/requests, and helpful. Looks like they have been doing some updates to portions of the house. We enjoyed our time there for our 32nd anniversary vacation!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. The home was clean and inviting. The garage was nice to park in and you can’t forget the pool! Amazing! We very much enjoyed the stay!

The owners have worked to make this VRBO a comfortable home away from home. It is in an area that is close to shopping, food and places of interest. The owners were quick to answer any questions and replaced a hot water heater within a few hours of when the one there, had quit working.

This is our second time to stay here for a girl's weekend. We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the house and the private backyard pool and hot tub is amazing. The house is in a great location and we felt safe the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to book again and probably will!

Our family travelled to Rogers for a mountain bike trip and spent 5 nights. The house was clean and perfectly located for daily riding. All the amenities we needed were provided and the pool was a blessing especially for our son who spent hours in it. Mike and Brianne were great hosts and answered any questions we had immediately. We would love to revisit Arkansas and definitely would stay here again.

Property was as described - very clean, room for everyone and AC worked great. Pool was extremely clean and well-maintained...appreciated all the pool floats and the umbrella at the table for hot days. Hosts are very responsive!

Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. When we come back to Arkansas we will be back. Love the home and BIG bonus was the outdoor bathroom! No trailing in water from the pool with it there. Highly recommend.

Our stay at the Midtown Oasis was a delight! Breanne went above and beyond! Breanne was accessible at all time and responsive to all of our needs and questions! Certainly, the property management was the best we have had a VRBO. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi immensely and we were close to all of my family in Arkansas. A big thank you to Breanne and Mike for their hospitality and house with everything we needed!

The property meet all of our expectations, needs, and desires. It was 35 minutes from Roaring River trout fishing and less than 12 minutes from 6 breweries.

We came for Crystal Bridges Museum but we left with a past and present memories. The home was lovely, comfortable and homey . But the pool was what drew us and didn’t disappoint us. Three adults in the pool 3xs a day in between excursions. I loved that it was heated and went from 3 ft to 6 ft. We’d get in the am with a hand held sieve clean the pool of leaves and paddle around on noodles. We loved cooking , cooked up a batch of chicken on the grill and made dishes from that every night. Mike and Breanne were very available and thoughtful. We’d had a fabulous stay and would stay again

Very impressed with the feel of the house and the accomodations for families, high chair, baby gate, game closet and bunk beds. Not one complaint at all. Made lots of memories with my kiddos while Daddy had to work out of town. Prayers for y'all involved around the house in the tornado. This stay was a blessing. My kiddos didn't want any to leave, I believe because of the pool.
