Our fully equipped kitchen has plenty of natural light and features a cozy table for two, perfect for morning coffee or a quick meal. The adjacent dining room offers a spacious table for six, making family dinners or gatherings a breeze. Step through the sliding door off the kitchen to access the deck in the backyard—a spacious, fenced yard great for the kiddos and furry kids too! Enjoy a BBQ grill, table, and chairs, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals, fresh mountain air, and the mountain views right from the backyard. In the living room, sink into the large and comfortable sectional, warm up by the gas fireplace, or stream your favorite shows on the smart TV. -Winter months do bring the occasional snowfall in Colorado and the potential for icy road conditions, we advise guests to consider opting for a vehicle equipped with 4WD (Four-Wheel Drive) or AWD (All-Wheel Drive) for a safer and more secure travel accommodations.
-Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
