Stayed May 14, 2025The house was cute, and the owners supplied many needed items for your stay. Really liked being able to do laundry and that the owners provided supplies for that. The back yard was adorable, the security was good and the woman, Jade, who lived on site was very friendly. The only complaint we had was the amount of cameras on the property. I understand the need for them to see who's coming and going, but it would be nice to have some locations, like the front porch and an area in the back yard where you don't feel like you're being watched so you can have some privacy. Overall it was a great place and we felt safe and felt it was located close to many things we needed to do, such as seeing our son at USC.

Stayed Dec 24, 2024Spacious, clean property, a beautiful back yard! We stayed 2 weeks, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Made several meals, kitchen was well equipped, lunches outside on the sunny patio, beds were comfy. The hot tub was a nice addition as was the gated parking and laundry. The Metro was only a few short blocks away. Whole Foods was just a few stops over. We walked to Re-Creation coffee shop, our favorite for great food and coffee. We would definitely rent from James again. His attention to detail of this property was much appreciated.
