Mid-century Waterfront Home with pool

Mary’s place was as advertised. Very relaxing. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the grocery store. Mary was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this wonderful home. We will definitely be back.

My family enjoyed our week in this waterfront home. Watching the many different birds & watching the fish was so relaxing. We didn't use the pool but we visited many close beaches! Having beach chairs & an umbrella to use was a big plus for us! This home is very close to some great restaurants!

5 star review all the way . Dock and water was beautiful and calming with wildlife and fish in the backyard . Pool heated and comfortable even on a couple of cool 60 degeee days . Kitchen was beautiful overlooking the water , and house was fully stocked with everything we needed . Bbq was great . A true vacation home . Mary was overly accommodating and friendly . Neighborhood was beautiful and safe . Supermarket, gym and beaches all within minutes .

When we opened the front door we could see through to the back wall of windows which over-looked the water. The view was beautiful! House was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Pool towels ready by the door, Ample towels for our showers. Anything we needed for cooking was there. The layout of the home was wide open and felt inviting. Pool was excellent and a perfect size for our family of adults. It would have been perfect if we would have caught some fish off the pier, but no fault of the host. Just a great stay. About 20 minutes from the wedding we needed to attend in Siesta Key with was fine as we did did not find a home as good. The homes near Siesta were more with less amenities. We loved the area and may look to buy a home in the area for ourselves to live in.

Beautiful, peaceful location!! Amazing views! Our family loved this home! Enjoyed the pool, dock, and the kayaks! Lots of games, books, and beach gear available for use. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and home. Mary is extremely kind and easy to communicate with. Very close to gorgeous beaches and fishing. Would love to vacation here again!

Although we were happy staying close to 'home' most days, favorite adventures included several trips to Venice, to Oscar Scherer Park to kayak and biking the scenic Legacy Trail (we brought our own bikes.) Our favorite things about the house are it's magnificent location (so private & such lovely views) , it's tasteful decor and it's oh-so-comfortable bed! We feel grateful to Mary & Rob for sharing their house -- it was a delightfully lazy month!

This is the perfect place to relax and put your feet up! Great location- close to shopping, grocery and beaches. The beds are very comfortable. Mary was quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend!

This is the very best Florida property you could ever rent. The owner Mary was always available. Gorgeous flowing water out front seeing boats go by.

Our second time at this house. Perfect setup for two couples with room to spare. Squeaky clean. Happy to look at the water view all day long but plenty of nearby attractions too.
