This beautifully remodeled Mid-Century Modern home has gorgeous west facing views of the San Jacinto mountains. Built in 1963 with classic MCM style and updated with modern high-end finishes, this 4 bedroom 3 bathroom golf course home is located in the luxurious South Palm Springs neighborhood of Indian Canyons. Driving into this retro chic neighborhood you feel like you are entering a stylish mod era.

As you enter into the light and airy main living space the direct views to the backyard and pool immediately make you feel as though you have arrived at your resort home. The oversized living room is completely open to the dining room and kitchen which is equipped with all high-end stainless steel appliances and sleek modern finishes. This gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials the swell host will need for entertaining.

A wall of glass sliding doors across the back of the house leads to the well manicured backyard with expansive outdoor living and entertaining space. The wide shaded patio area extends almost the full length of the house and includes outdoor dining that can accommodate all your guests. The outdoor grilling area has convenient direct access to the kitchen. Several lounge areas provide you with options for relaxing and enjoying a well-deserved refreshing beverage while you soak up the sunshine. The sparkling pool with its fun original design and unique shape invites you for a swim to cool off. Being in such a quiet private neighborhood it is easy to enjoy the luxe lifestyle.

Settle into the evening by the fire pit and take in the 180 degree views across the sixth fairway of the Indian Canyons North Course while the sun sets behind the San Jacinto Mountains. You might even catch a glimpse of the light atop the Palm Springs aerial tram. Then you can retreat into the spacious primary bedroom which has a king size bed, lots of storage options, and a large flat screen TV. When you step out of bed you have direct access to the backyard and pool area. The generous en-suite bathroom features a large vanity with dual sinks, two closets, a large glass enclosed shower, a separate water closet, and direct access to yet another private patio. This bathroom layout and finishes make it feel like a spa retreat.

The two other bedrooms in the main house each have more space than you would expect for guest accommodations. Each has a queen bed, large closet, flat screen TV, and plenty of extra space to relax and unwind. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combination and a large vanity with modern finishes.

The fourth bedroom is a casita with its own separate entrance from the backyard and pool area. This additional suite features a king size bed, large closet, full-size dresser, a flat screen TV, and its own separate air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom has a large vanity and glass-enclosed shower. This is the perfect arrangement for extra privacy.

This resort home is equipped with very fast high-speed internet for your work and entertainment needs. You can sign in to your Netflix or Amazon Prime account through the living-room TV and enjoy your favorite programs with friends and family. This home is also very convenient to all downtown Palm Springs activities including restaurants, shopping, museums, galleries, the street fair, and nightlife (about a 7 minute drive). And yet it is nice to be able to escape to your own quiet luxury retreat within minutes. Smoke Tree Village and Smoke Tree Commons are less than 5 minutes from the house and provide convenient access to grocery stores, pharmacies, banks/ATM’s, mail services, restaurants, and other services. Palm Springs International Airport is only 10 minutes away (yet the home and outdoor areas are very quiet because this South Palm Springs location is away from the airport flight paths).

GUESTS WHO WOULD LIKE TO HAVE THE POOL HEATED WILL BE CHARGED A FEE OF $50/DAY. This fee will be added to the charges at the time the reservation is approved. Pool heat is generally recommended between the months of October and April.

During the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, the damage deposit may be in excess of $1000. Contact owner for details.

***Please Be Aware*** The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance includes specific rules and regulations related to age of renter, occupancy, parking, and noise; these are strictly enforced by the City:

Age: You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. ID of responsible party is required at check-in.
Occupancy: Maximum number of overnight guests is limited to 2 adults per bedroom plus 2 additional children under the age of 12. A list of all adult overnight guests will be required. Daytime occupancy (10AM to 10PM) is limited to four additional guests.
Parking: Only 1 car per bedroom is allowed at the property, including street parking. License plate numbers for each vehicle will be required at check-in.
Noise: Be mindful of your neighbors - limit noise at all times during your stay to respectful levels. Outdoor music is not permitted at any level at any time. Strict City penalties are imposed for any noise that can be heard from the property line (including music played indoors). ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
**Violation of the City ordinance can result in fines upwards of $500, and renters may then be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.

    I cannot say enough about this truly pristine property. It was absolutely delightful in every way. The check in process was friendly and helpful and the home was very comfortable and perfectly clean. We loved the setting on the golf course with the gorgeous mountain views and the entire neighborhood is delightful. 5 stars for this home!

    Went with a group for a birthday celebration and the house set up perfectly for us. The outside area was wonderful for our evening activities and the pool was great for everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this location.

    The home was beautiful. The property manager was so kind and helpful and was available before during and after the stay. The pool was clean. It felt like a luxury hotel complete with little shampoos and conditioners and pool towels. It was only a short drive from all the fun stuff downtown. Loved it so much!

    A fabulous house in a great neighbourhood. Large and well appointed with easy access to great walks and local shops. We weren’t expecting to get so much use of the heated pool in winter! The owner and manager were responsive and helpful. Wish we’d stayed longer.
