The house measures approximately 3500 square feet and rents for $4200 per month plus utilities ( water, electric, gas, WiFi - Typically $300 per month). A minimum one month stay is required and up to 6 month (May - Oct) preferred.

This is a single story mid century modern styled home. It may not be suitable for children. There is a sunken living room and sunken soaking tub in the Spa room. The house is also decorated with artistic design pieces. Similarly, pets are not encouraged but a small extremely well behaved dog will be considered. The yard is not fenced in.

This would be a great selection for a couple looking to spend time in Fairhope. Perhaps a contract worker on assignment in the Eastern Shore area.
