Mid Century Modern Resort Pool, few minutes from downtown. Great mountain views

The whole process was seamless and the communication was excellent. The home is beautiful with an awesome view of the mountains and a backyard that provided hours of fun for the whole family! We will definitely come again when we are visiting Palm Springs. Thank you!

When I landed in San Diego to start my vacation I was informed that the unity I had booked wasn't available. They switched me to another one that wasn't what I wanted. Despite them repeatedly telling me the switch house was better I can say that it wasn't as nice outside, especially in the backyard with the basic pool furniture. I found myself in Palm Springs on vacation without a place to stay, as I couldn't find anything that would rent to me same day. VERY disappointing that the place I booked suddenly wasn't available and that I had to scramble to make other plans.

Great house with beautiful backyard. Pool, spa, fire table and separate bar area. Fun house, decor was on scale with the mid century modern style.

This house is so cute! It fit two couples perfectly with equal sized bedrooms that had king beds. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub in the backyard. The backyard is huge!The owner/property manager was great with communication and quickly replied to any and all questions! Would highly recommend staying at this property and would do so again if we are ever back in Palm Springs.

Our group consisted of 4 adults. The house was exactly as listed, clean and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the house had everything that we needed. Pool and hot tub were clean and easy to use. We would absolutely stay here again!

This is a wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs. Listing is very accurate. Property managers are easy to work with and responsive. Outdoor area is perfect for doing whatever. And the location of the house is very convenient to lots of places. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Was originally drawn to the listing because of the excellent ratings but this is really an average property, not in a great neighborhood. It's not far from downtown Palm Springs—about a 10 minute drive—but not within walking distance and it seemed a bit transient with an apartment building next door and some vacant lots. The home is pleasant enough but it's pretty weathered from use. The couch is quite worn, the paper blinds don't work and were pretty dusty/dirty and the ice maker in the fridge was not functioning. The hot water heater went out twice during our stay. The host was responsive and had a plumber come out twice but eventually had to replace the entire unit. The host also promised renumeration for the inconvenience but that never materialized. I would recommend more effort in upkeep and the host performing a walk-through of the property before guests arrive just to make sure everything's in order.

Very clean, outstanding communication from the owners or management group …not sure who is who. simple check in and delightfully appointed house. Quiet neighborhood. Everything you see on the website is accurate…. Would stay here again and recommend it…
