Stayed Nov 25, 2025The facility was sufficient for the seven members of my family. The woman at the front desk in the Vacasa office (Juanita?) was very friendly, but Mo (property manager?) was very curt and perfunctory, not at all friendly, rather a bit condescending.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025Vacasa needs some serious finetuning as a management company regarding this really lovely home. For the price point, we, the tenants, had to work thru 3 nights of aggravation regarding heating issues.I would avoid if you want a seamless experience

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We booked over New Year's; 10 family members for 5 days. Absolutely fantastic experience. Right near main drag downtown (walkable to restaurants etc). House is spacious, beautiful, modern. 5 bedrooms 4 full baths. Two separate living rooms. Kitchen fully stocked with plates bowls glassware pots silverware etc. Toaster, coffeemaker, Keurig. Laundry worked great. Bath towels, pool/hot tub towels. Vacasa very communicative; checked in via phone, easy and responsive. I would 1000% stay here again! Best VRBO experience. Thank you!!

Stayed Nov 7, 2024This property is great for large groups. It was clean and very spacious and had a great Mid Mod vibe. The check-in process with Vacasa management was cumbersome and unclear — received one message the day before check-in that you have to checkin in person and then another message the day-of that you could do it virtually but if you are travelling that day you have to chase them down which is difficult. Check-in person is not authorized to grant an early check-in so you have to wait for that verdict for several hours. Made coordinating group plans unnecessarily difficult. And our place was missing a coffee machine. They promised to deliver one the first night but they didn’t. Had to chase up in the morning, still no coffee pot. Had to chase up again in the afternoon. Just not how you want to spend your vacation.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023It was glitzy & relaxing & full of great art & furniture along with comfortable bedrooms & post modern tech bathrooms that made the experience ultimate Palm Springs mid century kitschy & post modern tech in a relaxing & serene location with a great Mountain View & a great location for visiting all the Coachella valley attractions.
