THE SPACE
Bungalow M has been carefully designed to give you a spectacular and stress-free vacation. After a swim under the palm trees, make yourself a cocktail and take in the vast mountain views on our spacious patio. And before heading off to sleep on our King Size bed with 800 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, relax in the evening by curling up with a good book or enjoying Netflix, YouTube, and 100+ cable channels.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy full access to all the Ocotillo Lodge offers: the champagne cork-shaped pool, two large jacuzzis, and Sunshine Bar (BYOB) by the pool with BBQ's. There is a washer & dryer and your own patio BBQ grill in Bungalow M for your convenience.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with desert landscape featuring many cactus variations mixed with grassy lawns and citrus trees. The main clubhouse has a full gym as well as a lounge area with a grand piano that overlooks the pool.

COMMUNICATION
We are available for any questions you may have during your stay through VRBO message thread. Please be sure to download the VRBO app on your phone as this will be our primary form of communication.

Housekeeping - mid stay cleanings required for stays over 14 nights a minimum of every 14 days of your stay. Guest will be billed for additional cleanings every 2 weeks and scheduled to meet guest needs. These additional cleanings are $194 per cleaning and include a complete linen turnover and amenities refresh. Daily/Weekly cleaning are available if requested with additional fees.

Host with the Most can be available for anything you need & will greet you in person within 24 hours of your arrival.

Guest booking this home must be 25 year or older.

Parties and events are not permitted.

This home allows a maximum of 2 adults plus 2 kids 12 or under.

There are strict music, noise, and parking restrictions in Palm Springs and the booking guest will be responsible for any and all fines incurred during their visit. We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated.

No more than 1 vehicle may be parked at this home during your stay.

All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the city wide quiet hours ... and to be good neighbors.

A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and all adult guest names listed on the contract.

• This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed.

• NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, New Years Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, & Labor Day.

•There are noise ordinances here in PS, so NO MUSIC is allowed outside on any device at ANY TIME. In addition, there can be no outdoor noise after 10PM. There is NO MUSIC ALLOWED OUTSIDE. NO music on your phone, bluetooth device - NO MUSIC. If someone reports you to the City of Palm Springs, or the police, you will be responsible for ANY & ALL fines and you can and will be subject to removal from the property with no refund for unused time. The minimum charge is $500 if they are called out and if a complaint is made to our staff, city compliance, or the police, and/or citation is issues you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund - so PLEASE have fun but bring it inside after 10PM and remember about the music being a NO NO at anytime outdoors - not even inside with doors open so it can be heard outside.

• 12.5% tax has been charged as a “Transient Occupancy Tax” per the City of Palm Springs requirements for any stays under 28 nights.

•Bookings over 28 nights are not subject to TOT tax.

•An outside contract is required by the city of Palm Springs will need to be read and signed prior to your visit. A link will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. The responsible guest on the reservation will also need to provide a photo of their government issued ID as required for short term rentals in the city of Palm Springs and must be present for the stay.

•All guests will need to read and sign the Good Neighbor Form and a face to face greeting at check in is required.

Failure of Tenant to adhere to City regulations will be considered a breach of this rental agreement. Furthermore, Tenant recognizes the right of the manager to ask Tenant and Tenant's guests to vacate the unit immediately if it becomes necessary without a refund of the rental amount.

•Missing &/or stained LINENS will be charged to the guest at the current rate for replacement. ANY BROKEN OR MISSING ITEMS will be charged to the guest accordingly.

    From the moment we entered the bungalow, it was clear the owners cared deeply about their place. Thoughtful touches like fresh coffee, a bottle of wine and snacks made us feel like special guests. We very much appreciated the thick towels and comfortable sheets, as well as the separate towels for the pool. And what a gem—a heated, practically empty pool and two spas which we enjoyed every day (sometimes twice). The management company promptly took care of a plumbing issue for us on December 24–incredible service. The condo itself was exceptionally quiet (maybe they made thicker walls back in the 50’s?) although at times, we could hear the HVAC system come on and off in the night. If I had to guess, given the strict HOA rules, there is probably no leeway for installing a minisplit. In any case, we had a 5 star stay and 5 star service and it is a perfect location. Thank you for letting us stay at your gorgeous place!

    The photos don't do this place justice! It's even nicer in person. We had never stayed in the Ocotillo Lodge complex before but it's an undiscovered jewel in Palm Springs. You can walk to Koffi and the Ace or the Saguaro. The pool and spas are never crowded. The unit itself is surprisingly large and comfortable, and the manager was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay hear again!

    Bungalow M was a clean, well maintained property with lots of thoughtful details and instructions designed to make guests feel welcome. The location is conveniently located (walking distance) near the Ace Hotel, Sparrows Lodge and local coffee joints. There was an issue with the ice maker in the freezer making a loud noise, and the owner / property manager took care of it right away, offering a replacement fridge so we wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Excellent service overall and a great base for exploring Palm Springs.
