Stayed May 14, 2026This is an excellent VRBO home that we would definitely recommend and book again. Tremayne is an exceptional host who is easy to communicate with and really cares about making sure you have a great experience. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one definitely stood out amongst the rest. The home is exactly as featured in the pictures and Tremayne goes the extra mile by adding great hospitality and special touches like a welcome basket and nice soaps, bathroom essentials, etc. The house is very well appointed with super comfortable beds and stylish furniture. I think this is one of my favorite VRBOs we've stayed at in Palm Springs and I highly recommend it. The price is very reasonable and much more affordable than similar options. We especially loved the pickleball courts nearby and the small gym was a nice feature as well. The condo feels private and there are very nice grounds and a pool very close by.

Stayed Apr 28, 2026We’ve had a number of various Quality VRBO’s over the years… This one was one of the best. Tremayne was very helpful, and the quality, decor and location of his VRBO was perfect.I mentioned to him the only thing that I wish was a bit better was his new HVAC system is pretty loud… If there’s just a way to tame the fan speed.

Stayed Apr 1, 2026We were very pleased with condo. It had absolutely everything we needed. Lovely decor. Kitchen so well equipped, beds so comfy. Location was perfect, close to shopping,restaurants etc. We hope to come back next year.

Stayed Jan 30, 2026We loved the property from the minute we walked in the door! It was decorated in such a way as if to say welcome home. Clean and comfortable with a great outdoor space, a private patio with a retractable awning so we could use it all day long. The linens and towels were in good repair, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook (when we wanted to lol). Tremayne was a pleasure to work with, timely responses to any questions we had. The condo is perfectly located, close to golf courses, grocery stores, the CV trail and the hiking trail systems.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025I’m transitioning into retirement and can work remotely and as I figure out this next phase in life, I took a leap and rented Tremaynes condo for March. It was one of the best self care decisions I’ve ever made. The communication with Tremayne was fast and thorough. The condo itself was FULLY equipped with everything one could ask for. It truly was a second home. The location was perfect. We were able to play at a tennis court anytime we wanted. The other residents were extremely friendly and I did not want to leave. Thank you for a great month!
