Welcome to an entire ground unit with spacious private Zen terrace, sparkling pool, mid-century bar, disco-ball and car carousel to park!
The house has outstanding breathtaking city and bay views.
The property is privately nestled at the end of narrow driveway.

The entrance is on the ground floor. The car carousel is right one step from the door.

This unique home will welcome you with exclusive comfort and attention. The layout offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, spacious open floor with living room and bar, combined with full kitchen.

It has panoramic security sliding windows/doors from living room to the pool area, BBQ area and the terrace down the stairs.

Pool area has an outdoor shower, wooden furniture to hangout, beach towels and bunch of inflatable toys.

BBQ area has an outdoor grill and food cart, chairs/loungers, ocean and city overviews and designed pet waste area.

Zen terrace surrounded by lush garden/canyon and beside breathtaking views has:

-Conversation furniture set for 4

Master bedroom has a Queen size bed with top-grade mattress and premium linens for your Blissful nights, dedicated working space with ergonomic chair and endless panoramic views from the window and Smart TV.

The master bathroom has a spacious shower, superb towels and all toiletries. We even have individually packed cotton items (disk, balls, etc.) for you.

Second bedroom has Queen size bed with high end mattress and linens.

The second full bathroom offers shower/bath tub and all toiletries as well.

The mastepiece of this space is unique designed bar with panoramic ocean and city views.

-Spices, Lighters, baking trays, wine opener, cocktail book, timer, food boxes, cocktail shaker...we welcome our guests with a bottle of wine.

Beautiful dining table can accommodate 6 persons.

Near the entrance we have a second designed pet waste area.

You can access the laundry (washer and dryer) in the garage. Laundry detergent is provided.

The entrance to the ground unit is next to the upper unit. It does not affect your privacy.

You will have access to the entire ground unit, outside pool and BBQ area, private terrace downstairs, garage where is the laundry located, car carousel to park.

The unit has 2 closets locked and not for guest's use. Marked STAFF ONLY

The house is nestled in the end of narrow driveway downhill.
ATTENTION. Ask your host for the parking availibility.
The car turner is not available on the dates of 21-25 April.

We have a car carousel right at the entrance to park 1 car for your convenience. There are also size restrictions to use the car turner. You are always welcome to back in and out of the driveway if you're comfortable.

If you parked at the street, please be aware you will need to walk down/up the hill.

We have a cart at the property for your convinience. You can use it to carry your belongings/grocery at any time.

The unit is located on the main (ground) floor of the house.

The unit has a private Zen terrace on the level below. You need to climb outside stairs down there.

House has second unit (upper level) which may be or not occupied by guests or the Owner (Kenneth) during your stay. Private entrances to both units are near each other on the main (ground) floor.

You may see Kenneth and his lovely dog (French bulldog) Brandi outside.

He is open to having conversations with guests. However he respects your privacy and won't bother you at any point. I kindly ask that all questions, needs or requests be directed to me (Nina)

The pool is cleanned and well maintained however it is not heated.
