Mid-Century Bungalow with Private Garden near Venice Beach

Beautiful house. Loved the outdoor area especially. The house is very private and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is safe and walkable too.

It was perfect for our needs. We found the neighborhood to be quiet and friendly. The outdoor areas were great - when it wasn't raining.

My husband, sister and I stayed in this wonderful home for 10 days while visiting family in LA. The home is a spacious 1-floor plan with a most beautiful back yard. The house was very comfortable. The washer and dryer were great.The neighborhood is so nice- a pretty tree-lined and quiet street, easily accessible to many stores, restaurants and beaches. It also happened to be within a very short drive from the various homes of our family. Our host, Daniel, checked on us and was most cordial. We will definitely stay at this great home whenever we visit LA

Perfect for our family!

Work trip travel - Our host, Daniel provided great, clear and straightforward instructions before hand for check in. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and safe. This bungalow style home felt like a home away from home. The bed I chose was king size and felt super comfortable were very comfortable. We found our spot whenever we end up in the area next time. Daniel was so accessible and gave us all sorts of information about the home. It’s just beautiful and fit our family of six perfectly. I wish it had been within walking distance of restaurants and the beach but know that it would have been so much more expensive, and there’s plenty of parking and so much close by. The lemon trees, the lime trees, the flowers, the fire pit – all made for such a beautiful inviting backyard. We would definitely stay here again and hope to return before too long.

We loved staying here. It was a short drive to Venice beach and the house itself was clean and roomy and felt very homey. There is a Vons supermarket 5 minutes away and the area itself is quiet and pretty. We enjoyed the boogie boards as well and had a great day in the sea because of them Comfortable and big rooms. We are frequent visitors to and former residents of Los Angeles for many years. This property was absolutely wonderful. Daniel, the host is super helpful and kind. We had everything we needed! Comfortable beds, ceiling fans in every room, plenty of linens, a stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. Super-fast Wi-Fi and many areas that were useful for working both inside and outside. There were plenty of places to sit, and they were actually comfortable, which can be rare! The backyard is fantastic. A very private, large backyard is a rare find in LA and we enjoyed spending time out there, with many areas to lounge. Two parking spots in the driveway area available and it is gated. We felt very safe, and the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The house is on a street that isn't a throughfare, so it is very low traffic and cars through the area. And the location is super central to the beach, shops, Culver and Century City, etc. I will be back! I highly recommend this hidden Venice gem.
