Light and airy with ornate high ceilings, get cosy in low-slung, navy sofas and an armchair as you catch up on your favourite show. It’s anchored by heating and cooling throughout plus a traditional fireplace for year-round comfort. There is a second living space with TV and a couch, plus a dedicated workspace for those working remotely.

The effortlessly sleek kitchen with its central island is designed for convenience including a Nespresso coffee machine for a quick pick me up in the morning and dishwasher for easy cleanup. Gather around the breakfast bar for a quick bite or whip up a home cooked meal and dine together at the adjacent eight seater table. By the dining area is a sun room with armchairs where you can also wind-down for after-dinner drinks.

For a dose of greenery, step outside into a private garden, your very own leafy sanctuary. Let social gatherings spill out onto the backyard deck with alfresco dining making use of the BBQ paired with local wines and brews, or enjoy them around the fire pit. There are also side decks with patio seating for lazing around.

All four bedrooms are tastefully styled and offer plush beds dressed in hotel quality linens. The master bedroom features a super king bed, a walk-in robe, ceiling fan and an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. Two other bedrooms offer queen beds under ceiling fans, while the fourth bedroom is kitted with a double bed and has delightful garden views. They are served by a modern bathroom with bathtub, an enclosed shower, contemporary toilet and vanity stocked with complimentary toiletries.

For utmost convenience, there is a third toilet via the back garden and an in-unit laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

    What a fabulous property! It feels spacious yet cozy at the same time. Everything was beautifully appointed and spotless—from the bedding to the coffee machine, and even the fireplace, which was ready to light. With thoughtful touches like available condiments and hotel-quality amenities, we were able to walk in and immediately relax.The four bedrooms, each with a queen or king-sized bed, made our girls’ trip incredibly comfortable. We only had to share bathrooms in pairs, which worked perfectly.This property is ideal for both short and long stays. Its location is another major plus—within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and pubs. We would stay here again in a heart beat, we even talked about how amazing it would be to buy the property. Highly recommended!!

    This property is prefect for a family or couple’s. Very spacious. It doesn’t suit disabled people as the add quotes lucky my nan wasn’t fully disabled

    A beautifully styled and spacious family get away to Mudgee with relaxing, secure gardens for our puppy dog to roam whilst we explored the town and beyond. Looking forward to visiting again soon :)

    We were 3 couples and the accommodation and location was perfect. House was very well equipped with everything to make the weekend stay wonderful. The wood burning fire was an added bonus and adds a lot of ambiance. We walked to dinner each night. Communication with the property manager was faultless. Can not speak highly enough of this perfect accommodation.
