Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
-Aircon is available.
- Slipway access at the property (no height restrictions)
- No Garage Access (Plenty of driveway parking + street parking)
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

With your own private slipway at the property, launching the boat couldn’t be easier, simply step from house to water and start your adventure.

The master bedroom is perfectly positioned along the waterside, offering direct access to the veranda, a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a large private ensuite. The remaining three bedrooms are conveniently located together and are serviced by a well-appointed bathroom with a separate toilet for added comfort and practicality.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
