Welcome to your Miami home away from home! This spacious two-story home is designed for families and groups, featuring 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a private pool, and accommodations for up to 12 guests.

All four bedrooms are located upstairs, while the first floor offers comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen-size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

Step outside and enjoy your own private pool and outdoor area—perfect for relaxingand enjoying the Miami weather. For safety, the pool is surrounded by a safety fence that must remain closed at all times, especially when children or pets are present.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW: There is a separate private efficiency attached to the left side of the property where a family resides. The efficiency has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main home. The family does not share the interior of the house or the private pool with guests. The only shared area is the driveway.

Guest parking is located on the RIGHT side of the driveway when facing the house. The LEFT side is reserved for the efficiency residents.

The interior garage is used as private storage and is not available to guests. Please respect all areas marked PRIVATE or DO NOT ENTER.
