Casa Tina was perfect for the four of us. Sarah was incredibly helpful through the whole stay. This little gem is perfect with a pool, kitchen, comfy beds, beautiful sunrises. Great hikes to Pedregal Beach and to the Road to the Sky.

This house was perfect for two couples! The private pool was clean and at a good temperature. Sarah (property manager) was accommodating and very responsive. I would recommend this rental and would be happy to stay at this location again.

This was our first visit to Cabo San Lucas and it happened during the COVID-19 pandemic; not ideal circumstances to say the least. If it were not for Casa Tina and Sarah our vacation, as much as one can call being away from home during a global health crisis can be called “a vacation”, would have been more akin to confinement than a holiday. The house is exactly as pictured in the website. It was clean, airy, well-stocked with kitchen essentials and tastefully decorated. It is perched on the side of the hill high enough to see the sunrise over the ocean. The view was beautiful and you could take in it while splashing around in the pool as well. The pool is not large enough to exercise in but it was refreshing and allowed us to lounge around outside in the sun. Sarah, the property manager, was perfection. She greeted us upon arrival, responded immediately to our requests, offered many helpful suggestions and connected us up with a tremendous Uber driver. There was no getting around restaurant, store and tour closures under the circumstances but everything within Sarah’s control was superbly executed. The staff that came to clean the house, the pool and tend to the flowers were delightful and efficient. Our time there was memorable and we will be back.

Casa Tina is a great 2 bedroom house. It is located in the upper part of upscale Pedregal gated community. It was our first visit and it was so lovely we didn’t want to leave. There is a lower on suite equipped with mini fridge and coffee maker, which would be perfect for a second couple. The outside deck and upper pool area are perfect for relaxing. and your evening cocktail. Casa Tina is a 1 km walk into downtown Cabo and Marina & also a 1 km walk to the most pristine Pedregal beach, which is a must. You will find a small gym with lap pool, spa and beauty services, tennis and pickle ball courts and the courts cafe all within a stone throw away. If you’re an early riser, don’t miss the 7:30am yoga class at the spa on Mon, Wed & Fri. Adrienne the yoga instructor is excellent. As you can see from all the above, that this was a perfect vacation. Sarah, the property manager was an absolute gem and went well beyond her duties to make this a 5 star vacay. ?? thank you Sarah, Thank you also Tina & Harrison for opening up your lovely home to us ??
