Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Metzler House was as advertised and more. We had 8 adults and 3 children and we never felt like like we were in each others way. We all commented several times look, they even have one of these. We have never seen a place so well stocked.With 3 young grandchildren the heated pool was fabulous. We had no issues with it or with anything else for that matter. We would highly recommend this house for anyone with a large party.

Our grandchildren talk about the beach house all year anticipating another year of fun in the future. It is clean and every year an update has occurred. However, as can happen with any rental, we experienced a garage disposal replacement, a washing machine replacement and a GCFI outlet replacement. Thanks for the prompt replacement, we lived through the inconvenience. Should be good to go for the latest renters.

House was very clean (but carpet throughout needs to be replaced (should put in wood floors) & furniture in living room could use a good cleaning. Had a problem with kitchen faucet & the owner came by & it was replaced the next day. Could use a few more chairs on upstairs deck and regular chairs under the deck by the pool!

Things can go wrong no matter where you stay. Unlike other rental agencies, however, this one came out right away, ordered a part & fixed it by the end of our week. In the meantime, they offered to reimburse the cost of ice purchases. They are always responsive & accommodating. The Vayk Gear was also a great perk. We love staying here!
