Stayed Jul 13, 2024We had a wonderful time staying in this great house. Size is fabulous, nicely decorated, great air-con and fans and a community pool which was always empty so felt like our personal pool. Location is great - just on the edge of downtown, so quiet but easy to get to shops and beach and outlets along highway.

Stayed Aug 25, 2021Was clean. We cleaned up on our last day and also emptied the dishwasher (which we did not use, so was left from last visitors). The pool was a plus and welcome break from the beach. The kids in our group loved the space and the games and amenities. We walked everywhere, very convenient to eateries and beach. We would possibly look at the same place next year. My only issue was in working with the on line reservation system. I was told if I payed by check I would save the surcharge for credit card processing, which I did for the deposit. I was not given the option when I tried to pay the balance. Stayed Jul 10, 2021The pool was the staple of our stay! It was perfect. A bit too far from the beach and boardwalk and would have liked to have been able to play outside with the kids but we weren’t allowed. Overall it was a good vacation.

Stayed Jul 3, 2021The house was a good location, not far from good restaurants, nature, and the beach. The house was perfect size and clean. The pool was a great plus for the kids! The problems were mainly with Remax. They communicated various amounts for the total that were very confusing. I had to email several times to get the true price. Long story short- the price listed on Vrbo is not the correct price you pay. It is higher due to various charges. Next Remax communicated info about the linens that were not true- they will no longer make the beds as stated in the contract. Furthermore the keys were not ready for check in. They had to prepare our packet on site as they had forgotten to get them ready. Last, the couch bed was broken upon arrival which made it difficult for those sleeping on it. I communicated the bed was broken within 24 hours and Remax made no attempt to rectify the situation. It took them 2 days to even respond to the message.

Stayed Jun 11, 2021The house was spacious and clean. It was perfectly represented in your listing, and we were not disappointed. The location was great, a quick walk into the shops & restaurants in town. The only challenge we had was parking,… there are 2 spots and no wiggle room, so we parked one car on the street using the city parking pass, which we were grateful to have that included in the rental. Overall, we were so happy with the house & had a great weekend with our friends. ???

Stayed Jun 14, 2021My family (including teenagers) and I really enjoyed our stay. Really comfortable, plenty of room and all conveniences you have at home. Cooking, grilling & necessary appliances. You can pick up the trail right around the corner & dinners were a quick walk away. We’ll be back!
