Beautifully decorated, and in the quiet family oriented subdivision of Red Mountain Ranch. You will absolutely love the feeling of the quiet neighborhood, but yet you are only about 1 mile away from all the services you would need: plenty of shopping, restaurants, gas stations, and fast food. All of the furniture and bedding are all brand new.

Stayed Jun 4, 2026Solid property with lots of amenities and an EXEMPLARY host. Mark was the consummate professional host: welcoming, flexible. and responsive. The house was perfect for our needs, well cared for and and well stocked. Thoughtful instructions are provided for common questions (even a cheat sheet for the hot tub). There IS a significant damage deposit, but we understand that's to make sure that guests are responsible. We have relatives close by and will be back, such that we'll be checking in to see if this property is available for our next visits to the East Valley.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026Happened to be here during the record breaking heat spell- pool was amazing! House is beautiful, cool ( temps), and roomy. Plenty of towels, detergents and dish soaps for laundry, washing dishes and dishwasher. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, shopping and restaurants. Our 2nd time here and would definitely choose it again.

Stayed Dec 25, 2025The home offered lots of space for our group, with roomy common areas and comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals easily — quality cookware, a full set of utensils, small appliances, and plenty of counter space. There were ample towels and linens, a well-equipped laundry area, and cleaning supplies on hand that made keeping things tidy effortless.

Stayed Mar 25, 2025Spring break, visiting friends and family residing in Mesa. Back yard is amazing, a few minor maintenance issues however an overall great place to stay. Spacious and lots of different things to do at the home, allowed us to want to spend more time in home rather than touring area. Most definitely will return. Felt it was slightly overpriced but not enough to deter us.

Stayed Mar 5, 2025Two families with older kids (9 people total) came to golf and relax. This house had everything we needed. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Pool area was nice. Restaurants nearby were wonderful. Golfing in area was exceptional. Questions were answered in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend!
