Stayed Dec 21, 2025Home was clean and well appointed. There is one large king bed with a firm mattress, one queen under a single bunk. Queen is semi soft. Home is on the water but access is just over the retaining wall. Not sure you’d want to try it. We decided to just rent canoes at the upper deck rental shack just up the road. Saw manatees yippee! Check in was easy. Home had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Plenty of pans, a nice fridge for snacks and waters. Home is at the end of a quiet residential area where no random kayakers come which is nice. One manatee actually wandered down our canal! We saw lots of mullet in the canal which our son was obsessed with trying to catch lol.

Stayed May 23, 2025Thank you for the amazing vacation! Our 10 year old daughters loved fishing out the back door and all of the great games, we enjoyed the brand new kitchen fully stocked with every cooking utensil possible! We especially loved being able to bring our pups along! Thank you!
