Mermaid Manor is one of our favorite properties, loved for its established location and close access to fun amenities. The tasteful, tall ceilings and full kitchen in the main living area, paired with the upstairs loft and bunkbeds provide a comfortable stay experience for all guests - adults and children alike. 6 seater golf cart included!

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip.The location was perfect and close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we especially loved the outdoor space. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day.The host was fantastic... super responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, enjoyable getaway!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in Sandestin. The house is tucked in the back of a neighborhood which was very quiet. One thing to consider is that the two golf carts take up 2 of the parking spots, so there was only one parking spot for the house, but there are other open spots in the neighborhood just a short distance away, which was fine.

John was amazing and super helpful . responded super quickly with any questions we had . and even went out of his way to help us . we will definitely be back for our future stays!

Stayed Jul 4, 2025The location was perfect, close to Baytown Wharf and 25 minutes from Henderson Beach. The house was large and had a smart TV, great for streaming Amazon prime! Host was great at communication and even helped us find our lights on the golf cart via face time! 10 out of 10 recommend!!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024This home is an amazing place to stay. We had a great time. Everything was very nice. The house is equipt with everything you would need. The beds were very comfortable. The golf cart made going to the beach nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Our kids and grans enjoyed the upstairs. We would definitely stay here again.
