‍♀️Mermaid Kisses-St Andrews Charmer!! Sleeps 8 and 10 minutes to the ️

It's a very beautiful home. It's about 15-20 mins from the beach depending on traffic.

The rooms were amazing and good for the party size we had. The back yard was nice and relaxing with a fire pit for everyone to enjoy. Not far from the beach at all, and within distance of a lot of food places and Walmart. I'd definitely stay again when the time presents itself.

There were not enough seats in living room, not enough dining room chair, stools uncomfortably, floor uneven

Everything was great. Location was perfect for our stay and close to Downtown St.Andrews. House was clean and the backyard outside area was nice. We would definitely stay there again.

The backyard was fenced and big, however my dogs do not go poop on stones. The no see-ums arrive at sunset, which made that beautiful backyard not comfortable to stay outside! My dogs are used to 2, 3 mile walks a day, and the neighborhood didn’t have sidewalks, and the grassy areas were full of spurs I was picking out of paws. I found a grassy dog park not far away which helped them relax more. The home was so adorably decorated with mermaid and beach theme which I loved. We visited restaurants and didn’t eat there, brought the dogs to the dog beach and played tourist at the beach areas. The home itself is in a historic warehouse neighborhood, easy to get to. I met people at dog park that recommended places to see, that were dog friendly. I plan on making this a yearly trip.

Good location for us. Living room furniture probably needs replacing. Dining table and stools not very comfortable.

We wanted a quiet home away from home within 10-15 minutes drive to the beach, local attractions and restaurants. This place fit the bill. The fenced backyard was a perfect place for our whole family and our dog to chill and relax. The hosts checked on us and were quick to respond to messages. Check in and checkout was smooth. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the essentials. We felt so welcomed and enjoyed our stay.

Super easy check in and out. The owner was very good with communication. The house was very clean and had everything needed. The parking space was big enough to park my boat. Would definitely stay again

We came down for a 2 night stay, the place was clean and the property manager made contact with me about checki in before we even made it to the property. Great place to stay and would definitely stay there again.

Upon arrival, we found out there were exterior cameras installed for [our] security. The front would be fine, but the otherwise very private backyard had a camera that appeared like it could see the whole space. I had hoped to spend time relaxing in the privacy of the backyard, but instead found myself feeling watched the entire time. We sat outside for maybe 30 minutes the whole 48 hours we stayed there. That said, it's my only serious complaint. The house and property are nice and clean, the owners were very accommodating of us arriving a couple hours early, and the departure cleanup was limited to washing dishes and piling used towels together. Could have used some more comfortable living room furniture, but it's not terrible.

This was our second stay at mermaid kisses. We are always pulling a trailer and there's plenty of room to park the truck and trailer. And the Host are very nice and helpful if we need them.

The stay was wonderful very peaceful
