MERMAID COVE - A collection of four units on Duval

Great house, all rooms with individual complete privacy. Very fast responses from the owner/service. The BEST… 20 steps away from the BEST breakfast & lunch in Key West and 1 block to the most amazing dinner place! Will stay here again. However, only street parking which you have to pay for. Best to rent a golf cart or scooter.

Family had a great vacation!

We had 7 in our family-2 parents, 3 sisters (1bf),1 birthday boy (21)...it was beyond perfect! Location is perfect...The whole place is part of the Key West experience and close to attractions, beach, restaurants....Loved every minute and they were amazing host.

This Vrbo was Very clean, Right on the Duval St. Perfect location. i would highly recommend this for large groups, Multiple family. Right next to the bike shop was a plus. Great location. Love it. 10⭐️

We had a good stay. We were a little surprised because we thought the place was on Duval street however it was down a little alley beside a place right on Duval street. It is dated but clean and plenty of room for everyone on the trip. Was a little surprised about the Gentlemen s club 2 doors down that was not disclosed when I booked the location but we had no problems with them and our stay turned out really good. We would stay here again if we returned to Key West.

Perfect place for extended family to stay for Key West wedding! Location is great- walked everywhere. Enjoyed gathering in the courtyard. Property managers excellent response time to our little issues (locked keys in room, tv problem). Highly recommend this gem!

We were a group if 9 girls and this was the perfect set-up for us. We loved the location and outdoor space. The cottages were small and more run down than the pictures show but we spent most of our time outside so it really didn't matter to us. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wedding reception with about 28 people and had plenty of room. The only downside was the outside lighting, wish we had more. Very private and quiet.

This property had a great layout for our group with having the separate spaces and the outdoor gathering place was great, we spent a lot of time there. They had a great grill and an awesome location. But, a few things needed some updating. If you advertise blue rope lights on the patio you should spend the 12 bucks on a new strand when only three feet of the current strand actually works. No big deal but don’t advertise it. The TV’s are small with a bad picture ( unit 1 didn’t work at all) trash cans falling apart, and the front entry gate/door isn’t secure at all. I stayed in Unit 2 , the smallest of the four and it was REALLY small. No place to put your luggage. There was a little closet that had lots of hangers so I hung what I could I ended up just sleeping on half the bed and storing some of my thing on the other half and the chair next to the bed ( no night stand) My biggest complaint with the room was the bed…so uncomfortable. I woke up early every morning with the worst back ache from the bed and could never get back to sleep because my back hurt so bad….so unfortunately I was really tired everyday of my vacation …on the bright side….I saw a bunch of sunrises because I was up. I had seen on the amenities list that there was a washer and dryer which was awesome. I emailed them to double check because I didn’t want to pack for a washer and dryer and then not have them. I was told there was no washer/dryer and the closest laundromat was a 4 - 5 minute car ride. Then we get there and find a washer and dryer. Not a huge deal but I would have packed totally different had I known. Not really sure how a person wouldn’t know all these things about a property they are managing. Overall it was ok..nothing really to write home about but served it’s purpose and provided a nice gathering space for our group. For me personally I will stay someplace else on my next visit and that’s all based on the beds
