We had a lovely girls weekend, thank you for having us!!

Very cute place. The decor, and converted garage to a party room was cool although not really used by our group this time. My daughter may consider this property for a bachelorette weekend. Communication with the host was good and the home was well stocked. Good location, about 5 minutes to shopping.

Loved this place

This property is very clean and well kept. It has so many thoughtful touches. A great game room with ping pong, and karaoke. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and the host was very communicative and made our stay as seamless as possible. It had a cute little screened in porch where we enjoyed our morning coffee. Our youngest loved the cowboy pool. Ages 8-39 we all loved it!! Would definately book again!

The house is absolutely darling. Exactly as pictured! So much to do in the house. We enjoyed the karaoke machine, the ping pong table and the hot tub! The home was well stocked with blankets, towels and throws. We were not lacking for anything! The host was readily available for any questions. I definitely recommend staying here.

Memories on Mulberry was excellent! It was everything they described and more! Great attention to detail. Very clean and comfortable.

While we weren’t there long, the house was great. The backyard & hot tub were great-would have loved more time to enjoy. The karaoke room is fun too! Very easy entry. Really appreciated an 11am check-out as well. Great place for families or a group of women!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this delightful home. The description was just as described, it was quiet and very clean with thoughtful touches throughout. The beds are very comfortable. Overall a great experience and we will try to stay here on our next visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Memories on Mulberry!!! The house had everything we needed, very clean and beautifully decorated!!! They paid attention to detail and I was very impressed that we had paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, plenty of towels, dishes, soap and laundry detergent. The beds were comfy and it was great to have nightstands beside the beds with conveniently placed chargers. The fire pit, chairs, hot tub and mancave were a definite bonus as well!!! It was right in the heart of things but in such a quiet neighborhood. I would soooo stay there again!!! It was also very wheelchair accessible. Thank you Joe and Max!!!

We had a wonderful time. The hosts were friendly and prompt about answering any questions we had. The house was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The game room was lots of fun. The hot tub looked very nice. We didn’t use it because it’s the middle of the summer and quite hot. We hope to come back in the fall and check it out! It’s a lovely place to stay!

Our family was looking for an affordable home during a softball tournament where we could rest and get some good sleep. The gameroom offered the perfect space for the kids to not be bored and the hot tub soothed away sore muscles so she was ready for the next day.House was set up with everything we needed to be comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt like a local. Close to shopping and restaurants - perfect for a family. The host checked in on us and I would book again if we come back to Fredericksburg. Everything about this beautiful property was perfect. We loved the private hot tub and game room. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and adorably decorated. What a great location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. Thanks for a wonderful place to relax in charming Fredericksburg. We will definitely be back.

The house was clean and nice and the location was good. One of the main reasons for getting this house was that it had a jacuzzi. After long days at the wineries we wanted to relax in the hot tub but the chlorine was way to strong that it even burned our eyes. So we had to get out after just 5 min in. This is the only complaint I have about this house. Other than that we were happy with the house.

My wife and I wanted a nice quiet to celebrate 49th wedding anniversary and we found it.it would alsbe perfect for a couplws getaway or a larger family. You will not be sorif you stay!

Close to beautiful downtown and gorgeous wine country.

My husband and I stayed at the Mulberry house with friends.The house was a prefect getaway for exploring wineries and downtown Fredericksburg. The hot tub was extremely relaxing. We loved the game room too. The grill worked well, house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely recommend and plan to try and get house again on our next trip.

Had a wonderful stay at “Memories on Mulberry”. Nice, cozy home with entertainment for our kids that ranged from 2-20 years old.

This house was perfect for our annual girls’ trip. Spacious, we enjoyed the hot tub and close to downtown and wineries. Host very quick to respond to very minor issues and get them resolved. Definitely recommend!

Located close to town in a quiet neighborhood.

We had a lot of fun for our girls weekend getaway. Check in and check out was easy. I will definitely keep this in mind for next time we make a trip this way. Only downside was that there was no streetlights so it was hard to find the house at night but that’s not the owners issue.

Our youngest daughter wanted to spend her 21st birthday wine tasting in Fredericksburg. Came across this listing for the cutest home!! It was myself, husband, oldest daughter, her husband, and their 15 month old son, & of course the birthday girl! This place is adorable and the Christmas tree was an added bonus that made it feel like home! Love the garage game room set up. Enjoyed playing card games at the dinning room table, the hot tub, and a hanging out by the fire. They are pet friendly! Yard is not completely fenced, that is ok, we just kept our dogs leashed the whole time as it was rainy. We brought our own vacuum to vacuum any dog glitter (hair) our Goldens shared. The decor was beautiful and very welcoming! We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend Memories on Mulberry!

It was a great place to stay with plenty to do around the house. Really enjoyed the table tennis, basketball challenge and the hot tub/sauna.The neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. I loved the width of the street in front of the house. It is back from the main street type area which is what we were looking for, but, just 2 minutes from a busy intersection in the downtown area. Very comfortable !

This was a good location, just a short drive to Main Street and restaurants. Host gave suggestions on things to do with kiddos and we enjoyed going to enchanted rock per his suggestion. Place was clean and easy to access.

My husband and I stayed here 3 nights and our adult son joined us the last day. We loved that it was dog friendly and the back yard firepit area was so peaceful and serene. The house was super clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and worked nicely for a couple of home cooked meals. Thanks for a great stay!
