Stayed Oct 24, 2025We really enjoyed our time here. It is a great location for football season—easy 5 minute walk to stadium. Host was very communicative, and we had everything we needed.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Fabulous host, great communication, very clean house and the LOCATION is exceptional for an IU game!!! If you are in town for an IU game and want to tailgate with bathrooms and amenities this is the place for you. Rented this for a Dad's weekend and it did not disappoint, all of us had a fabulous time and we look forward to renting again next year!! Please re-hang The Porch sign though...we missed that! Thank you for everything!

Stayed Nov 8, 2024We stayed here with some friends for the IU-Michigan game. The location could not be better, you can literally see the stadium from the front porch. Speaking of, it was really fun to sit out there on game day and chat with all the people walking by. One of our friends also went to the basketball game the next day, and of course it was also only a short walk away. Highly recommend!

Stayed Nov 11, 2023Fabulous house with everything IU in it. The location was perfect for attending the IU/Army basketball game. Loved the fact that there was good outdoor space for groups to gather, and plenty of room inside to put a 6 foot table for food. Only wish you had a broom to sweep up, but we made due with paper towels. Otherwise, PERFECT! We will definitely recommend your house to others and rent again! Thank you! Go Hoosiers!!!
