House very well setup and equipped... Great back deck with BBQ and relaxing front veranda.Doggo loves the nearby beaches! Was a perfect place for a few mates to get together would definitely stay again.

The host was great & so were the amenities. The house was in a great location & had everything you needed.

We recently stayed for two nights and really enjoyed the location — it was perfect for our needs. However, we wanted to share a few points of feedback regarding the accommodation.The house could use more thorough cleaning, and the shower had a persistent drip during our stay. Additionally, the gas ran out just as we started using the barbecue, so we unfortunately had to finish cooking in the oven.None of this was deal breaking, just some finishing touches that would have definitely elevated our experience!

This is the third time I booked that accommodation in last 4 years. Absolutely amazing. Have all the facilities and very close to National park as well.

The cleaner deserves a shoutout for the presentation.However, a few 'handyman' issues detracted from the stay including; slow-draining sink in the bathroom, air-extractor needs cleaning, one large blind in open-plan area needs 'tightening/replacing' & so do 2 chair cushions on verandah. The sugar ants are very quickly onto any morsel you leave on preparation benchtop - makes you clean up quickly! Despite above we enjoyed the stay with our 3 small dogs & there is a lot that is excellent - like a comfortable lounge area with good TV & well supplied kitchen (just take out all the cracked & chipped crockery).The verandah was lovely with no mosquitoes!! It is also in a beautiful quiet position, very close to N.Park that was above expectations, including a successful fishing expedition to Stenhouse Bay, and a wander around the old Inneston township.

Marion bay was truly an amzing place to stay wonderful part of south Australia. The accommodation was great ill give it a 9.5 out of 10 the only tiny downside was the lock on the washing machine being so close to the beach and jetty would of been nice to be able to wash the beach and fishing clothes. Place was very clean beds was comfy. Very close to explore innes national park. Highly recommended if your looking for great accommodation just bring a few more pairs of clothes with you.

Love this great little getaway, good pice and location.

The house was a nice location and was tidy on arrival but when checking the rooms the bunk beds were not in the room there was 1 single bed and then a double mattress on the floor . When communicated to owner they apparently knew nothing about it and it was the cleaner that didn’t communicate that the bed had broke and they were waiting on a replacement. Was told that the cleaner would come by but didn’t and nothing else was mentioned about having to sleep on a mattress on the floor . We also wasn’t happy that we couldn’t use the washing machine as it had a padlock on it and was only to be used by the cleaner , definitely something we need to double check when booking accommodation next time.

This house is perfect for our needs, spacious living area with a well equiped kitchen! Love the location, a minute to the beach!
