This villa is located in the village of Heraki in the green inland of Istria, approx. 15 km from Porec and the beaches. The 1500 square metre property with its well-tended lawn is home to several aromatic Mediterranean plants such as lavender and rosemary. Numerous flowers bloom here in the warmer seasons. Guests of the villa have a private 66 m² pool, four parking spaces, a pool house with summer kitchen, shower/WC, barbecue, sun loungers and a table with chairs at their disposal. Builtin 2014, the villa offers its guests remarkable comfort thanks to its high-quality furnishings. The pool can be heated on request, so that a refreshing dip is also possible in the not too hot months before or after the season. The fully fenced property offers plenty of space for your four-legged friends. The villa with an area of 260 m² + pool house can accommodate up to 9 people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. On the ground floor there is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with sitting area, fireplace and dining table with access to the covered terrace, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, shower/WC and a separate WC. On this floor there are three further bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a children's room and a balcony with privacy and fantastic views. It is 15 km from the property to the beach.
