GREAT PLACE!

This is a beautiful home. They had everything and more you would ever need for our vacation. The Kitchen was so well stocked with everything. They even delivered a regular coffee pot to us because we didn't like keurig. Just an Awesome house. 10 outta 10. Thank you. Linda Mercer

My family and I had an incredibly negative experience at this property.We intended on having a small 7 adults3 kids Family gathering.The owner who was monitoring us on the security cameras notified the property manager about something he didn’t like ( inflatable slide )and two property managers showed up during a special family get together, unannounced and without warning to ask us“What’s going on here ?”And continued to interrogate us for almost 15 minutes It went from an incredible family moment to one the most embarrassing experiences of my life .The laughter and conversations turned into confusion, sadness and Dismay .I did my best to maintain my dignity as my family and were being treated like criminals in the very place we paid to stay We do not recommend

We swam, slept, grilled, pan seared, checked in on work, and caught up on a few shows while at the property. I even texted one question about the property in the evening and received a response promptly. Thanks for the hospitality!

This place was absolutely wonderful. We wenf for a 40th birthday girls celebration and i could not have asked for a better place. If was clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. The place had everything we needed and the response to questions was swift and so helpful. Will absolutely book again next time i am in key west.

The house is gorgeous. My sister wishes she lived here. It is decorated very well. Gives off beachy vibes. Lots of games and books in the house. Everything needed is provided such as beach towels, fully stocked kitchen, it even has an air fryer and high end appliances.The pool is amazing. Perfect size for a family. Has a deep end (six or seven fee). Water is like a bath. Three bedrooms in the main house and a “love shack” by the pool is the fourth bedroom and bath. Both the front and back porches are delightful. The hammock was a nice bonus.Having a driveway is a major bonus.I’m giving this full stars, but we did have some minor complaints. 1. Outlets- Sometimes hard to find. We never found them in the upstairs bathroom.2. Light switches- Many of them, we never found out what they did. It wasn’t until the third day that we found the light switch for the pool. BTW it is outside by the laundry room.Management company solved all of our problems as quickly as possible. We had a situation with no air conditioning downstairs. Personally, they should have known about it before we got there, but they fixed it quickly. They also gave us the wrong details for the WiFi, but that was also promptly resolved. they like to email and text things that you already know. As an example we were there two days and received another welcome text.We would definitely stay again. Rent with confidence.

The home was perfect for our family including kids and grandparents. The front and back porches is where we spent most of our time. The home is historic but has been artfully renovated and feels like a warm and inviting home away from home. The bathrooms are unique and elegant and the kitchen was well stocked and lovely. Comfy beds and linens too! We received excellent, over-the-top, service from Rick and his team and look forward to coming back!
