McKinley House Prime - Patio, Pool and Garage

As a great place to stay at very quiet neighborhood, he was a secure place and loved how we got to put our car in the garage kind of sad that we didn’t get to use the pool but really clean and everything was expected the way we wanted it was a great place to do a little getaway. I will book again.

House was easy to find. The house was beautiful and clean. The place was perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again. I wished we had more time to spend here.

The home was clean, we enjoyed the pool and were very happy with the rental. The ability to use the garage to park our vehicle was great. It was so nice to get into a car that wasn't sitting in the hot Texas sun. We would have stayed again on our return trip but it was booked.

The McKinley House was just as expected and Perry and Bryant are excellent hosts. Their attention to detail and personalization of the visit was lovely. Would definitely recommend!

Our family needed an overnight space along our trip and we loved this house! It was the perfect size for us and the pool was a hit. I loved the gate between the back patio and the pool, especially with having little children. The only thing to be aware was the bunkbeds squeaked a little when the kids were turning in the night, but that was so minor. Overall, really enjoyed our stay!

This home was absolutely the cleanest, comfiest home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay. Definitely would stay here again! Thank yall!

McKinley House worked well for us as a stopping point as we traveled through Amarillo. The house was clean and in a good location. We always appreciate garage access, especially this time of year when the weather is unpredictable. We would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here one night in May 2025. We really appreciated the uncluttered decor, comfortable accommodations, and peaceful environment. We would stay here again if we return to Amarillo.

Was not as described. Pool was closed, was charged like pool could be used. Crumbs were found in fridge and on counter. Wish it had been cleaner and a tv in all bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay in Amarillo at the MicKinley House. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to places throughout Amarillo.

We survived the dust storm! The house was great and beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a garage to park in.

We had problems with the WiFi during our stay and were unable to watch TV or use WiFi on our phones. Contacted host who stated it showed it was working and they were using it without problems (I assume they use the same connection for their home and this home) but despite this, it was not working despite restarting. Otherwise, house was fine but compared to previous stays at other homes, this one fell short for us.

Great place to stay on our trip back and forth to Breckenridge.

Our family of 5 couldn't have been more pleased with the stay. The coffee bar is a nice touch that we enjoyed. Also appreciated the use of the garage given the weather that came into the area on our departure. Would definitely stay here again.

This house had everything you could want. I appreciated the Keurig pods so that we could enjoy coffee in the morning. It’s a lovely spot.

Cute and warm house with all of the amenities that you may need. The host was helpful and quick to respond. We had a great stay.

We stopped on a cross country trip with our 2 dogs. Great space with plenty of room. Check in was easy, check out a little confusing but was able to complete it. Would definitely stay again. Quiet and comfortable

We were pleased with all aspects of the property. It appears to be maintained very well and was nicely equipped beyond what we normally see in VRBOs. The place was very clean and well appointed. It had everything that we needed and more. I had a need to contact the owners and they were very responsive and even gave me a call to sort out the issue which was promptly handled. We were just there for one night but would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

house was quite adequate. Really just wanted a rental for space & flexibility, we did not cook, something better than hotel room. Much better than hotel !! Sure enough, granddaughter's family needed a place to crash after wedding rehearsal dinner at 10:00pm. We had space & glad to share. We had a nice stay!!!
