McKinley House - Garage, Gym and Fenced Back Yard

Cannot say enough positives about our stay here! Thanks to the amazing hosts who anticipated our every need, and the beautiful home they shared to accommodate us! The beds were so comfortable and the amount of space was surprising, allowing for ample opportunities in accommodating our needs. We will definitely be repeat visitors to this little gem! Thank you, again, for making our stay so welcoming and wonderful!

This house was amazing. It was clean, quiet, roomy and safe. The communication was superb. The house and lawn upkeep also remarkable.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom McKinley House in a neighborhood in Amarillo. The bed was comfortable and the hosts provided every imaginable amenity, including a coffeepot that used pods or ground coffee, spices in the kitchen, two luggage racks, and access to the garage around back so we didn't have to park on the street. Our only complaint was that it smelled faintly of dog when we entered and we did pick up a few dog hairs on our black jeans. We were aware, however, that the house was dog-friendly, and I don't believe that would keep us from staying again.

Clean home. Fabulous because access to garage. Very safe neighborhood. Quiet. It had 3 big rooms and 2 well equipped bathrooms. Phenomenal communication with owner. Will definitely stay again. Loved that you could have a pet. Beautifully fenced yard with little play set for youngsters.

A couple of our top priorities when booking a vacation rental are cleanliness and dog-friendly space and this house more than met our needs. It's obvious the hosts care about their property as well as the people who rent the home. Very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful touches. Big bonus is having use of the garage. Next time we will be sure to use the infrared sauna!

Was great to have a yard for the dogs to hang out in after a long days drive. The house was clean and the beds were very comfy. It had everything we needed.

What a great place, private, quiet, and clean. Safe neighborhood and clean streets.We stayed with 2 small dogs and it was a perfect fit.I would recommend this house to all and will definitely stay there again if I'm in the Amarillo area.

Everything was wonderful. The beds were comfortable, the fans didn't tink, curtains on the windows. Coffee bar, bathrooms clean. Easy check in and check out. They were quick to respond. Best place we have stayed in awhile. Highly recommend.

The house is always nice and clean when we arrive. The neighborhood is quiet and we get a good nights rest before we hit the road the nextmorning.

What a fantastic place to rest our heads and relax as we traveled through Texas! Beds were amazingly comfortable, my service dog was thrilled to have a space to be off leash and play outback, and there was plenty of space for all 4 of us.Definitely will stay again if the home is available when we come back through!!

Great property. We stayed here several times and have enjoyed our stay each time. Check in is easy. Kitchen is well equipped. Bed is comfortable. Our furbaby loved laying in the grass in the fenced back yard.

The process for checking in and checking out was very easy. I loved how clean and quiet the neighborhood was. And the backyard was nice and kept up.

What a lovely place to stay. We had lots of space and we had everything we needed. The beds are comfortable. Check-in was probably the easiest we have had on this road trip . I would definitely stay here again.

Stopped here between Colorado and Dallas with my husband and son. I was almost sad that our son is in college and did not fully appreciate the play set in the backyard, or the cool bunk bed in one of the guest rooms. We also didn’t have time to enjoy the gym and the sauna. However, the place is cozy and clean, the host communicates with you, and the beds are soooo comfortable!So… here is my advice to you… Bring your kids and leave time for a workout. This place is great.

The McKinley house was a wonderful place! We loved how clean and comfortable the house was and how we felt right at home. It was very roomy with its open concept and large rooms. Our dog enjoyed the private, fenced in back yard. This home was close to everything! The amazing Palo Duro Canyon is only 25 minutes away. There are so many great food places, too. Everything about this house is simply perfect. The hosts are fantastic and very responsive to any questions or needs. They go out of their way to make sure your stay is memorable. We hope to stay here again!

I stay here everytime I pass through Amarillo as it is the perfect location to unwind. Quiet, safe neighborhood, clean and comfortable house with all the amenities you’d need for either a short or extended stay.

We had a nice stay at Mc Kinley House in Amarillo. It was quiet and a great place to rest after a long drive.

We stayed just one night to break up a long drive from Texas to Colorado and it was perfect. Quiet and safe neighborhood, comfortable beds, very clean and even a garage. Would definitely recommend.

This was just a one night stop over but the home was much more than expected. THE BEDS!!! THE MASTER SUITE The amenities and the way ghe kitchen was stocked (although the onky thing we used was the coffe maker, microwave and refridgerator) It would have been great for anyone staying much longer. Note: The antique car museum only a 1/4 mile away is Great if you like that sort of thing!!!

House was very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood! Everything in the house had such a “at home” feeling! We will definitely stay again.

We were just passing through on our way to Colorado and this house had exactly what we needed for four individuals. We had four separate beds and everything was clean and nice and welcoming. What we noticed the most was everything was thought about… We didn’t have to worry about trash bags or coffee or Any of the small odds and ends that we might have forgotten… It was nice to be somewhere that you can tell the owners thought about what people need

All in all excellent. One exception, mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable in master bedroom.Nevwr had any communication with property management. So I just have or a 4 because it would not let me leave it blank

This property location was a great location for us. It was ten minutes away from our training classes were held. This property was clean & cozy. Plus

Great experience for my entire crew - we went to visit my adult son and were able to have family dinner togethe. We felt right ay home during our short stay.
