The place along is very magical and very family fun oriented. The grounds are beautiful and there's lots to see and explore. The different types of trees and their leaves are nice to see. It brings lots of color to the overall environment. The house was clean, bedrooms were spacious and the kitchen area is set up for family gatherings. There are views from kitchen and bedrooms. Not to mention waking up to see deers and wildlife enjoy the grounds. That was awesome! There are grocery stores, food places, parks and recreation areas and shopping near by. With all of these available amenities it makes for an awesome time.

The pool was very cloudy the entire week you couldn’t see the bottom with the pump cutting on/off. Also, the air conditioning stopped working 3 times and had to be serviced. The property manager was very responsive each time we called or sent a text with an issue. Everything overall was good and would have been perfect if the pool looked/functioned better especially for the weeks rate..

Host and facilities were great! We loved the property and house and had an excellent time with the pool and lake. We will definitely return if the opportunity presents itself. Thanks to the host, Kathy, for helping us have a nice getaway for a long weekend.

The house outside was great, kids loved the paddle boats and pool. It’s nice and quiet and the host who checked us in was fantastic. Pros remote without being isolated. Pool Paddle boats Fishing Lightning bugs to catch Cons Really needs to be better cleaned Hair in the tubs and showers Glass is filthy everywhere in the house, windows, showers tables etc. it all had smear smudges handprints. No floor mat in bathrooms BEDS ARE BASICALLY CONCRETE we left a day early bc no one could sleep. We slept on recliners and couches and I shared the air mattress with my two little ones. Gymnastics mats would be softer then the mattress if we were staying for any length of time, I would’ve had to go to the store and bought toppers We stayed for 2 nights supposed to be 3 but we just wanted to leave after the second night of barley sleeping. It wasn’t horrible but for the high cleaning fee I shouldn’t have needed to go buy cleaner to clean the tub before my kids bathed. There’s dish soap a brooom and Clorox that’s it. There was zero extra anything, not even dish towels or silverware. The house literally looks like someone moved out and whatever they left behind is what is there decorations kitchen things. It looks like it was purchased as is and then rented out. There was a quarter roll of paper towels. It looks like it was left from the previous renters. There wasn’t even one extra roll. We ended up using bath towels to dry dishes since there wasn’t even one kitchen towel available.

Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay! We loved the privacy of not being surrounded by neighboring houses,as well as the private lake. The house was the perfect size for my family and was exactly as described. The only thing we recommend is TVs in the rooms. Other than that we would definitely book again in the future.

The property itself is beautiful! However, the inside of the home needed a good cleaning from top to bottom, the Kitchen supplies were limited-lacked the basics, a couple of the beds were extremely hard, had to purchase mattress toppers. Saving the best for last-the host was the best ever, my grandkids loved fishing, swimming and exploring on the walking trails. Even with the unpleasantries, we would stay there again! I repeat, the host was AWESOME!

We rented in March. A cold front came through the few days we were there, so it was much colder than expected! The house, property, location and surrounding locations are very nice! The rooms are nice sized, plenty of room for both fun and relaxing. There are a couple extra rooms in the house that are a little strange, but nothing that affected our stay. The pool was nice, although it was still too cold outside for us to use. Bummer! We caught a few fish in the pond and river, so there are definitely fish. If it were nicer, we would have spent even more time doing that and enjoying the hammocks. There was even an ugly-ish little gray and white duck that hung around closely for us to feed, even following us up to the house. Cute! We have a few suggestions of some minimal things that should be in the house to make it more inviting: (1) Minimal cleaning supplies, such as Windex and Fantastic (there was nothing except dish soap)(there were dish tabs and laundry tabs, although we brought our own) (2) Broom and dust pan (3) More basic kitchen supplies (there was no cookie sheet, spatula, grill tools) (4) Extra blankets (5) Pool towels (or just extra regular towels for the pool) (6) Ability to watch even local channels on the TV (had to sign in to our own streaming services) We enjoyed our stay very much! The things mentioned above would have impacted us much more if we would have been there for the full week and had a full house of people. We may be looking to come back to Georgia in the next year or two in June. We will definitely consider staying there again if we can confirm some of these things have been taken into consideration to make it more homey. We would love to stay there in the warm weather with all the trees and flowers in bloom and enjoy the pool and the pond/river!

The kids loved roaming the woods. They also enjoyed fishing in the creek and pond. It was nice to get a way from normal live and relax.
