Mayor's Family House Hot Tub, Piano & 2 Kitchens - 5 Minutes to Ark - Sleeps 16+

We took our children & grandkids to see the Ark Encounter and the Mayors house worked out good for us! We stayed 4 nights! It is a Beautiful Victorian older house that was supplied with what we needed! The only thing bad would be the ants, outside & inside, but it is Summertime!

Everything was great plenty of roon. Kitchens had plenty if space and cooking supplies. Great menagement, when. I call he responds and help.

We came to contact you to visit the art. The house was perfect location. Great places to close by. Would definitely stay here.

We went to Kentucky to visit the Ark. Great location. The house was as advertised. Problems were the hot tub had spaghetti noodles in the bottom so it was not cleaned properly. The water was so hoy we couldn't get in it after it was cleaned. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen so we bought mouse traps and caught 3. My son left his prescription glasses there and we have been asking for weeks if they found them. The owner keeps messaging the property manager and they do not answer him. The owner was very nice and followed thru with communications but the cleaners and property manager dropped the ball.

Having a place to stay with our large family that was within minutes to the Ark Encounter was great.It isn't often we can get everyone together like this.We tried to make everything as nice as we could before we left, so the next people could enjoy it as much as we did.

We stayed here for a family reunion and toured the Ark for my mom’s 80th birthday. With a large group of people who traveled from many states away, it was especially nice to have 2 kitchens. From the teenagers on up, everyone had a good time. The house was nice, clean, and the A/C was cold even in hot July. Thank you!

The Mayor's house was a perfect place for our family trip to visit the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. Host communication was great and attentive to our needs. The home was very roomy and stocked well. It is a historic home so not modern. I loved the character the home had from its long history. There is more than plenty of room for 18 people. We had 10 adults and 3 children. The children's play room was perfect along with the foosball table, ping pong table and hot tub giving us much entertainment and fun. The location was in a quaint neighborhood near downtown easily able to walk to town. Hansie Flip Burger and the Kentucky Y'All Icebox Ice cream shop were both great and inviting. We truly had the best time.

We loved the quaintness of the town and the home. Home was big enough for our big family and 2 1/2 baths was a plus for us as well. We enjoyed our stay!

There were 6 of us. Justin responded to each of our concerns. Great location. Plenty of room and AWSOME game room. Comfortable beds. Overall a great place to stay!!!!

With 10 or less. The home is beautifully designed and thought out. We all enjoyed the game room and hot tub! I did notice a few things that needed improved before we checked in, but overall fabulous location for the Ark Encounter.

We came to visit the Ark Encounter. It was very close which made this house super convenient. The piano, games and space in this house made it the perfect place to stay with a large family! Owner was attentive and quickly answered any questions. We highly recommend this home!!

Everything was great. The rugs in the bedrooms need cleaning. the outside chairs were not able to seat people they bent. the hot tub needed cleaning, scummy. The overal experence was great. Everyone had a great time of fellowship and it gave us a wonderfull time of getting to know each other

Very spacious property with enough gathering rooms for individuals to hang out as a group or have some alone time. This property is a must see and well worth the money.

It was an older home (we love) and we enjoyed having lots of space to spread out, but loved the central gathering areas to enjoy with all the family.

Great place to stay when visiting the Ark Encounter. Less than a 10 min drive. House located in the small town of Williamstown. Located close to the towns ice cream shop. The grandkids enjoyed the game room, and playing ping pong. The player piano was unique. Everyone sat down and pretended they could play.

There is a smell in game room. And beds could use updating pillow and Mattress or pillow topper.

Property was clean and inviting and well kept.
