Nice older home. The house was very clean. Marking the driveway better so people don’t park in front of it, we got blocked in at one point.

The property is in the middle of the Cotton District. The location is perfect for walking to campus and local restaurants. However, if you have to have quiet to sleep, the noise level is high from the surrounding college hangouts. We enjoyed our stay and would rent it again based on the fact you can walk everywhere, as well as the cleanliness, amenities, and ease of check in and out.

Perfect location, walking distance to everything. The house is clean, well stocked and comfortable. This is our second stay in this house while visiting our son at MSU, and we will be back!
