Stayed Jul 24, 2025Everything was perfect. Lots of space for everyone. Close to everything. Two wagons there to carry all our stuff. Only wish we could have stayed longer.The hosts responded promptly with any questions I had prior to our arrival. Thank you again Becky and Kevin.

Stayed Dec 5, 2024Property is fairly new. Well equipped. Two car garage. Beach and shopping are a couple of blocks away. Some of the living room windows don't have curtains. There will be some train whistles, but mostly during the daytime. The only issue we had was during check-in. We did not receive check in instructions via email or text and the instructions were not available in the VRBO app. They were only available by logging into the VRBO website. I asked the VRBO agent why the instructions were not available in the app and she didn't have a good answer for me.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This townhouse is in a great location, walking distance from the beach and shops/restaurants. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - access to park in the garage, things for the beach, laundry, plenty of bathrooms. We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 young kids and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Incredible home with plenty of space to enjoy Carlsbad Village and the beach. We love that we can park and never have to drive during our visit! Walk to beach, shopping and restaurants. This is our second visit. We brought our daughter and her two friends to celebrate their graduation from high school. Great place to relax and enjoy the beach life!

Stayed May 27, 2024This property was such a perfect little spot to stay for our trip. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping & restaurants. I stayed with my family (husband +2 kids), 2 in-laws, and my parents. The layout of this property was more than perfect - everyone had their own little private space. The community area within the house was very spacious for us all. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions I posed. I would recommend this property to everyone and can’t wait to stay here again.
